Like to watch you running because it is very encouraging that you have kept yourself in such good shape! Thank you for demonstrating lao tou pao 😄.. That is what I like doing someday🙏.. I like jogging, used to jog on treadmill.. but I am on my feet for 4 hours a day, walking or standing at work, at home cooking for 1-1.5 hours in standing during the week, 2-3 hours on weekends, so I can only exercise 10 to 30 minutes per day.. I love exercise, but between my job and house work, plus right heel pain, I have to modify my exercise to low impact. But I have planned after I retire, start jogging again 🤩🙏..
Reading your comment was like reading a little story! Thank you for sharing. Chores are definitely exhausting but don't really build muscle. Even if you don't have a lot of time, you can still do some strength training. 10-30 minutes is plenty of time to exercise 2-3 muscle groups!
