謝謝分享!我以前日日食麵包餅乾,每隔一段時間嚴重濕疹,要打針食藥,成日人腫晒,抽血又搵唔到致感原,後來戒左一段時間麩質濕疹就冇返發,為左証實,我又照舊食返麵包餅乾,果然濕疹又返發,之後斷斷續續嘗試,原來只可以有限度接受麩質,依家有覺好瞓啦!

我女六月開始蕁麻疹,初期搵吾到原因,但慢慢從食物入手,發現戎麩質後,係有好轉,但我發現除左麩質外,連某啲蔬菜豆類都會敏感,堅果更加不用説,請問這個是甚麼問題唷🙏🏻

以前我很喜歡食 麵包蛋糕 意粉餃子, 每天食很多, 由於長期大便稀爛 和生痱滋, 所以幾年前嘗試戒食麩質食物 (豉油除外), 兩三個月後發現 大便 每次都成香蕉形, 痱滋的問題也解決了。 曾經看過一篇論文, 講述麩令小腸吸收力下降, 導致營養不良,因此生痱滋。 現在我奉行低麩質飲食 ,絕大部分時間戒掉絕大部分麩質食物,間中會食蛋糕粉麵餃子。 但在香港, 沒有可能戒掉豉油, 所以豉油每天都有食。

其實有無麩質豉油、你可以找bragg liquid aminos,香港都有

有些研究顯示, 戒麩質對某些腸易激患者, 可能改善徵狀. 吃得均衡情況下, 不妨戒麩質一試

其實所有人都應該介麩質,因為佢啲蛋白質我哋人體係冇辦法分解,長期食用引起身體慢性發炎。。。症狀有輕有重
