⬇️⬇️English recipe follows ⬇️⬇️ 電飯煲肉醬意粉: 材料: 免治豬肉1磅半 香甜蕃茄醬1罐 芝士片3塊 茄汁 意粉 處理: 1. 豬肉調味: a. 生粉1湯匙半,攪勻 b. 油1湯匙,攪勻 c. 鮑魚汁1茶匙,攪勻 2. 煲滾1鑊水,扇形放意粉,滾起,熄火,冚蓋,焗5分鐘。 3. 焗了5分鐘,擎乾水,放入電飯煲內。 烹調: 1. 倒意粉,加2片牛油入電飯煲內,攪勻。 2. 加入半支茄汁攪勻。 3. 加入糖3茶匙,攪勻。 4. 用“超快煮”功能。 5. 中火在鑊中燒熱1湯匙油。 6. 放豬肉落鑊,慢煎,2分鐘後,炒一下。 7. 放罐裝茄醬,加入1罐半清水。 8. 意粉還有10分鐘煮好,打開蓋,攪勻意粉,冚蓋繼續煮。 9. 肉醬,已煮了幾分鐘,已煮熟,熄火。 10. 放片裝芝士落肉醬,攪勻,倒入大碗中。 11. 意粉已煮好,完成。 Bolognese spaghetti with rice cooker: Ingredients: Minced pork 1.5 lb Sweet tomato 1 can Cheese 3 slices Tomato sauce Spaghetti Preparation: 1. Season the pork: a. Tapioca starch 1.5 tbsp, mix well. b. Oil 1 tbsp, mix well. c. Abalone sauce 1 tsp, mix well. 2. Boil up a pot of water, put spaghetti. Wait for boiling up. Turn off fire. Cover up the pot. Leave it for 5 minutes. 3. Hang dry after 5 minutes. Put spaghetti into rice cooker. Steps: 1. Put spaghetti with 2 slices of butter into rice cooker. Mix well. 2. Mix well with half bottle of tomato ketchup. 3. Mix well with 3 tsp sugar. 4. Use "super~quick cooking" function. 5. Heat up 1 tbsp oil at medium flame in wok. 6. Put pork into wok, heat for 2 minutes, continue frying. 7. Put canned sweet tomato with 1.5 can of water. 8. There is still 10 minutes left before cooked well. Open the rice cooker, mix well the spaghetti. Cover up the rice cooker and continue cooking. 9. Meat sauce, has been cooked for several minutes. It is ready to serve. Turn off fire. 10. Mix well the sliced cheese with the meat sauce. Put it into a big bowl. 11. Spaghetti has been cooked well. Serve.
