煮這個韭菜豬紅,較特別是我用了沙茶醬,加入沙茶醬令味道更豐富,如你買不到沙茶醬用沙爹醬代替也可以。
材料:
豬紅500g
韭菜150g
薑3片
蒜頭3粒
干葱(紅葱)半粒
指天椒1隻
沙茶醬1大茶匙
蠔油1.5湯匙
生抽2湯匙
老抽3/4湯匙
紹酒1湯匙
糖1茶匙
胡椒少許
麻油3茶匙
水250ml
粟粉2茶匙
Cook this Pig Blood Curd with Chinese Chives, especially I used Shacha Sauce, with Shacha Saucei it makes the taste richer, if you can’t Shacha Sauce, you may use Satay Sauce instead.
Ingredients:
Pig Blood Curd 500g
Chinese Chives 150g
Ginger 3 slices
Garlic 3 cloves
Shallot 1/2 clove
Corn Pepper 1 pc
Shacha Sauce 1 big tsp
Oyster Sauce 1.5 tbsp
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 3/4 tbsp
Shaoxing Wine 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Sesame Oil 3 tsp
Water 250ml
Corn Starch 2 tsp
