The manga is still being published. I like the portayal of celtic folk lore. It's pleasent and original. I'd like to see how they keep that theme in the story and the conclusion.
Honestly, this anime has some of the best BGMs I've ever heard. It gives me chills every single time, even though it's been years since the first time I heard it.
Brings back memories. I watched part of this anime with my first boyfriend before he died in a car accident last August. Good times. Miss you Matt. I'll have to finish this anime one of these days.

A really original concept and portayal of folk lore it feels like a Hiyao Miyazaki film as a series. I'm excited to see how they keep the folk lore elements in the story.
Well the Disney story song of this a tale as old as time indicates the many out there. And yes a much more in depth story but holds to convention the Beast is beastly at start taking beauty prisoner in effect but knows no better and Beauty due to the tragedy of her situation finds it not really a bad thing for Beauty at the time. Two people falling in love as they overcome their failings. For critics not once does this story indicate how this starts was a good thing, the story very clear this relationship started badly and even at the end of the anime it still requires a lot more growth from both.
I have never seen this anime, and I can't even tell what it's called (thanks other comments), but every song here sounds so familiar to me. It's rather uncanny.
I though that this was Malleus and Riddle from Twisted Wonderland jajaja xd It's just that I love this ship and they are so alike jaja Now I have to watch this anime
