Haven't even seen the show, but I've watched clips on RU-vid, and man, they're all so good. Like, Suhyun was good, and I've always considered her a great vocalist, but once Rosé came in, I was like, "this is her song". Her voice just hits different, man.
@@aespa3862 She's already got that voice control even back then when she was still at choir in her school.. she even said in an interview that her go-to-songs were alicia keys, celine dion, etc. she just doesn't have any opportunities to showcase her vocals because of whatever reasons YG had..
Not a BP fan, but when Rose sings solo without all the production behind her voice, there's sincerity. I hope she gets to experiment writing her own music. I'd listen and follow.

@@sazukethegoat yea like when u record a song theres a whole production process like pitch corrrection etc. but here the show sounds like they tuned it after posting it on the channel which they didnt have to bc they are good singers but take note autotune isnt a bad thing (btw not saying that they didnt sing live, they did irl but the video posted on the channel is a lil tuned or they smoothed out the vocals i think)

Onew is really the type that when he isn’t expressly given a solo part, is content to harmonize or become a background vocal during a performance. So I’m really thankful for Suhyun and Rosé for giving him the end to just play with his vocal runs. And I’m so glad that they chose this song cause it showed off so much of the girls’s vocals!
You know, your comment reminded me of what Minho said regarding Onew, _"Jinki hyung is the type of leader that won't lead from the front, rather he will work together with the others & strengthen the group from the center."_ Just shows that you don't have to be in the spotlight to make a performance perfect, and Jinki knows how to beautify a performance by matching the pace of the others & adjusting himself to it. The mark of a truly talented musician. So glad that these 3 amazing performers gave us this masterpiece^^
I think she really busy and they (yg) maybe dont wanns make rosè do a lot many jobs. U know to much job not to good for your health, even i dont wanna do to much work or maybe not today. @@wildkyla agree 100% with you. YG might not be the best company but they are doing things now. Blakpink doesnt has a lot of song but they are all bops. In my point of view is better to have less songs, but all of them being succesfull than a lot of songs and only half of them being actually succesfull. Ofcourse Im talking songwise and all, cuz I know people are gonna talk about YG not being able to protect the girls and a agree with that but as I said before YG MIGHT NOT BE THE BEST COMPANY BUT THEY ARE DOING THINGS NOW. But she literally spends more than half of the year jobless , she take the least solo activities among members . literally what would an ost take time ? Her solo songs took only 1 day recording and it was ready (she was the one saying this ) . When standing, they expand easier, and are not resting on the lungs, giving them more space to inflate and deflate. Since singing requires a lot of breathing control, obviously it can be harder to sing singing down. If you notice, sitting is actually more seen in some jazz cafes, but even then they sit on stools, because it forces the singer to sit forward and straight, which is more like standing. Also, if you look at performances where people sing sitting down, a lot may raise their head or extend their neck when reaching higher. This also accommodates for better airflow.
Rosé has a beautiful soul. She is in the worlds biggest girl group, yet she is so sweet and humble. Her voice is so angelic and calming. Can’t get enough of her singing ❤
Blackpink’s songs hardly showcases Rosé’s voice full potential bcs most of their title track are hiphop centered that highlight more on the rap parts. I just wish Teddy finally produce some song that can show us Rosé beautiful voice in a way that she had more high note and more ad libs.

People keep claiming that haters say that Rose can’t hit high notes yet I’ve never seen those comments, so maybe it was well in the past? If so then I think it’s best not to keep bringing up old comments again especially as Rose has already well and truly proved them wrong ages ago!
I’m not a blink but wow, Rose really surprised me here. I don’t think most BP songs do her voice justice because she sounds beyond amazing here and I didn’t even know she could sing like this.

Suhyun's voice is just so angelic and crystal clear and she is one of the current best top tier kpop female vocalist but Rose killed it too, she indeed is one of the unique singers in kpop plus the emotions she gives..... This collab is pure gold.... Go rose, go suhyun, go onew!!!!
