달콤하고 크리미한 느낌의 초콜릿 무스케이크를 만들었어요~
진한 초콜릿 맛을 충분히 느낄 수 있고 젤라틴 없이 만들어 탱글하지 않고 부드러운 느낌이라 먹으면 입에서 사르르 녹는 답니다~^^
젤라틴 없기 때문에 잘 뭉개질 수 있어 틀에서 꺼낼때 조심히 꺼내야 하는 것 같아요~
우유가 많이 들어가서 고소하고 간단한 재료로 맛있게 만들 수 있어 좋더라구요~~
한입 먹으면 기분까지 사르르 녹아 달달한 디저트로 딱 좋네요~*^^*

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 15.5 x 7.8 x 6.5cm
▶재료
따뜻한 생크림 100g
코코아파우더 20g
우유 550g
설탕 60g
옥수수전분 27g
다크초콜릿 100g
▶레시피
1. 따뜻한 생크림에 코코아파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
2. 볼에 우유, 설탕, 옥수수전분 (1)을 넣고 섞은 뒤 냄비에 넣고 약불에서 저으며 끓이다가 다크 초콜릿을 넣고 살짝 걸쭉해질 때까지 끓인다.
3. 체에 걸러 틀에 넣고 실온에서 식힌 뒤 냉장실에서 6시간 이상 굳힌다.

100g Warm whipping cream
20g Cocoa powder
550g Milk
60g Sugar
27g Corn starch
100g Dark chocolate

I'm not good at summing things up but I tried to turn this into a standardized recipe for anyone reading the comments. Ingredients - Warm Whipping cream - 100g Coca powder - 20g Milk - 550g Sugar - 60g Corn Starch - 27g Dark Chocolate - 100g (you can substitute Teflon sheets with parchment paper) 1. Put 100g Warm Whipping Cream in a bowl, sift the 20g cocoa powder into it. 2. Whisk with egg beater 3. In a separate bowl, add 550g milk,60g white sugar and 27g cornstarch. 4. Add cocoa powder mixture to the other bowl. 5. Whisk it with egg beater until it looks like chocolate milk. 6. Sift it into a pot and bring it to a boil while stirring over low heat. 7. Add the dark chocolate and keep stirring, if it becomes too thick, turn off the fire and remove pot from heat. 8. Sift the mixture into a mold covered with Teflon sheets 9. Pour slowly, if poured to fast, it may overflow 10. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. 11. Cut off the excess Teflon that protrude upwards with scissors to the height of the mold so the plate can be completely closed. 12. Use Plate and place it on the Mold and turn it upside down so the plate is on the table. 13. Remove the mold and be careful while removing the Teflon sheet as the mousse is quite soft. 14. Optional - Gently sprinkle cocoa powder

Luckily I've been on my diet for almost two weeks and come to this to for some reason knowing I'll be tempted lol. Great to see food being made also from scratch. With a strong mind and your goal in mind, the diet will last as long as you need.

eating healthy ≠ losing weight u can easily lose weight by editing ur diet and it doesnt mean eating healthy by eating spicy food ur body uses fat to disolve capsaicine but thats just a tip this cake is one of "healthiest" cakes u can eat milk, chocolate except that milk isnt healthy cuz ITS NOT FOR HUMANS first learn what means healthy what exaclty means healthy food because to me it doesnt mean anything food is food cabage isnt more healthy than cucumber u do not need to look at vitamins or how much protein u got IF U WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT JUST DONT FUCKING EAT THATS HOW IT WORKS U ARE TOO LAZY TO EVEN MAKE THE CAKE MOVE UR ASS AND STOP EATING THATS ALL U NEED aditionaly if u keep same weight over time that means ur weigh is correct which doesnt mean u shouldnt lose weight dont care if u weight less one day and more next day thats normal body cant keep perfect weight but if u gain weight every week thats wrong something is for sure wrong also if u really want to eat "healthy" just eat eggs and spicy things tokoyaki with cheese (3 eggs 2 slices of cheese) perfect lunch keeps u full long time drink water water alone might not be working add some juice, squeeze some lemon or orange to make it electrolyte if water is not electrolyte body wont absorb it body MAY acumulate water in muscles because u didnt drink enough or u didnt eat enogh yes eating too less may cause over weigh but not fat water is used at many processes in body if body dont have enough water - acumulate to survive if body dont devour - water is not used (acumulate) eating 24kcal less is 1kg of mass over time (9 months) it wont make u lose more if u want to lose 2kg u have to eat 48kcal less over ur actual diet 250ml of pepsi is 107kcal 1kg over 2 months but 3~4kg less over 9 months it doesnt take any effort just dont drink that one can of pepsi u buy for lunch

Recipe: warm whipping cream -- 7 tbsp cocoa powder -- 4 1/4 teaspoons milk -- 2 1/2 cups sugar -- 4 3/4 tbsp corn starch -- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips -- 2/3 cup 1. Mix the cocoa powder and warm whipping cream. 2. In another bowl, mix the milk, sugar, and corn starch. Stir, then add the cocoa/cream mixture. Whisk. 3. Put the mixture in a pot and turn the heat on (low/medium heat). 4. Add the chocolate chips, and continue to heat until the chips are melted and the mixture is slightly thick. Continue to stir. 5. Using a mold of choice, pour the warm mixture in gently. 6. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least six hours.

I made this a few weeks ago and it turned out great! Just something to note, the consistency as some comments have mentioned is similar to pudding but this recipe does not taste like pudding (thankfully)! It really does taste like chocolate mousse, just with the consistency of pudding. And it is super easy to make with very few ingredients, my favourite kind of recipes!

@@shazialalljee6650 I didn't make any changes... I found the tricky part was knowing when to take the chocolate/cream mixture off the boil. I boiled it until I got a fairly thick consistency and then let it cool in the fridge for about 5 hours (the video says 6 hours which is a while!)

레시피 따라서 두번 만들어봤는데 아무리 해도 저렇게 모양이 유지되진 않아요ㅜㅜ그냥 처음부터 예쁜 통에 반죽을 부어서 굳히는게 낫습니다! 그리고 일반 코코아파우더는 시간이 지날수록 습기 먹어서 얼룩덜룩해집니다..! 맛은 정말 좋았어요☺

So here's my story: I keep coming back to this. Finally I decided to show this to my mom. We exchanged glances and she said: "You wanna...?" So here I am, past 9 pm at my place, the mousse is sitting in the fridge and dishes are waiting to get cleaned up.. Guess we'll have mousse tomorrow for breakfast lmao

@@voodoofairy It went really well. But tbh it was more like a pudding than a mousse. For my personal taste it's a bit too sweet. Also the chocolate note was strong, but it might be because of the products that I used. I'd recommend to not use a cake mould. It's possible to cut the mousse in pieces but there's no way to put them on a plate without destroying them.

super pikkle I have feeling I know exactly what you are talking about. Are you referring to Danette’s? It’s also a french dessert but unlike a chocolate mousse it has no air, so kind of like what the dish is in the dessert but a bit more liquid.

I tried to do it. the consistency was a little stiff. however, the total cocoa ratio is very high. it gives a lot of energy when you eat too much. you want to run, play sports, spend energy.

Vira Vir it tastes INCREDIBLE but isn’t as firm as I would like it to be. Probably because I swapped out milk for almond milk. Hopeful that increasing the corn starch next time would fix it

​@@codruttoader7066 I'm curious, did you measure everything in grams like they did in this recipe? If not, that could be part of the issue. It could also have been an issue with the cornstarch as well. If the liquid doesn't get hot enough then the thickening agent won't have a chance to activate fully.

I actually made this pudding/mousse yestedray and it's absolutely DELICIOUS. I added some extra chocolate in it and it turned out really good, plus the recipe is simple and quick. Even my dad liked it 😆

@@kctrent7626 - It wasn't whipped cream; just warm cream, to dissolve the cocoa powder. Besides, if you really really want whipped cream, you can probably fold some in after the stuff has cooled a little, OR you can top the individual portions with it at serving.

음식에 소질이 전혀 없는 저는 영상으로 보았을때 말캉해보이는 감촉과 쉬워보이는 과정으로 인해 도전하게 되었고 그 결과 질척거리고 찐득이는 떵을 만들게 되었습니다. 그리고 4번 5번 정도 더 만들어 보니 감이 잡히기 시작해서 이제는 찐득이는 똥정도는 만들수있겠네요..ㅎㅎ 영상에서위 질감은 좀더 만들어보면 만들수있을것 같아요!! 좋은 레시피 감사합니다!!

we have chocolate pudding too in america/ canada but its a different texture from mousse. mousse is fluffier, pudding is more liquid.

재료가 많이 안들길래 만들어봤는데 진짜 맛있어요!!! 틀에 부어놓고 식히면서 주걱에 묻은거 맛봤는데 JMT!!! 맛이 없을 수 없는 재료들의 조합!!ㅋㅋㅋ (너무 맛있어서 설거지는 핥아서 끝냈다고 한다) 아 근데 다크초콜릿 넣고 걸쭉해지기까지 꽤 오래 걸리니...인내를 가지고 해야 합니다ㅠㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 혹시 만들면서 참고하실분들 보세용~ 생크림 100g은 250ml사면 거의 얼추 맞구요 우유 550g은 1리터 사시면 조금 남기고 거의 다 들어가요 :) 맛좋은 레시피 감사해요!!

@@io8343 어... 달다 라는 기준이 사람마다 달라서... 괜찮아요!! 라고 말씀드리긴 어려운데요 초콜릿을 고르실때 카카오함유가 70%이상인걸로 하시면 좀 나을 것 같아요 저는 시중에 파는 허쉬초콜릿 다크로 구매해서 만들었어요 :) (그리고 아이스티는 꽤 단 편이예요)

@@뭘-u2k ml = cc 는 알고 있는데 g으로 치환하면 어뜨케 되나 찾다가 계산법이 따로 있길래 빡대가리라서 포기하고 직접 쟀어요ㅠㅋㅋ(저도 같은 줄 알았어요...) 위에 제가 적은거는 저도 헷갈려서 저울에다가 직접 계랑해서 만들어보니 저정도 들어가길래 적어둔거예요 :) 구매하실때 도움되실까 싶어서요 (마트가서 우유코너 앞에서 네이X를 얼마나 검색했는지...)

I don't think it's going to work. How it's being prepared is a pudding. I think the heat would destroy any of the texture in the whipped cream... It might have a better outcome, if the milk mixture was heated then chilled to a point that the whipped cream could still retain it's shape when folded into the chilled mix.

When I saw this I thought she would put agar, or gelatin which it's almost the same thing just one is from plants (seaweed) and one is from animals. But I guessed wrong it was the jiggle action that tricked me in the beginning! Lol but looks so good and so sinful to my ever growing waistline! 😊😋

idk of any chocolate mousse that requires cornstarch.... The title is also misleading, you dont bake or put gelatin in a mousse.

I would still make it and eat it though, and it would still be good with a biscuit base, one can use whipped cream as the thickener and to fluff the chocolate up, you can use gelatin - though it could then be called panna cotta - I would still eat it. You can use eggs. Eggs take it to another level, moose is often made in restaurants (good ones) using eggs. I would eat it, this way and that way .....it is smooth chocolate stuff, that's all that counts.

냉장고에서 굳히기 전에 떠먹어보는 중인데 이미 정말 맛있네요. 달달한 초코야 맛없없 재료인데 무스같은 식감이라 정말 부드러워요. 틀에서 분리하지 않고 떠먹으려고 작은 유리 락앤락 그릇에 소분해서 담았습니다. 내일 오후에 먹을 건데 벌써 기대가 되네요. 다음엔 중간에 체에 걸러내는 과정을 스킵해도 될 거 같아요. 옥수수전분은 우유에 바로 체 쳐 넣고 설탕은 생크림에 넣어 녹이면 될 거 같네요. 생크림과 카카오가루를 손거품기로 충분히 저은 뒤에 불 위에서는 스패출러로 섞어주는 게 바닥 가장자리에 남는 거 없이 저을 수 있을 거 같습니다. 조리법을 착실히 따라 그런 건지 따르지 않아 그런 건지 몰라도 생각보다 빨리 굳는 느낌이에요. 큰 틀에 주르륵 따라낸 게 아니라 소분하면서 멈칫 멈칫 했더니 공기랑 닿는 부분은 바로 덩어리가 생기네요. 빨리 따라주고 빨리 마무리해야겠습니다. 저처럼 이제야 도전하시는 분들이 있을까 해서 후기 남겨요 ㅎㅎ

This is chocolate pudding, not chocolate mousse. I made this last year using Nigella Lawson's recipe, which is almost exactly the same as this one. This really isn't mousse, but I am glad there is at least one recipe on this channel that doesn't use gelatin.
