@@stellarcrystal5033 Many artists do this not just in korea.They change the genre,the beats,some notes,and other things of the song but the lyrics are the same.Many artists in SM have done it.For example ‘milky way’ by Boa was remade by Red Velvet,you can listen to it and see how they changed it.Also many of OSTs by joy are remake songs like ‘introduce me a good person’ or ‘the way to me’ and ‘yeowooya’.I will write the name of original singers of all songs in joy’s album,you can listen to them are compare them with the remakes by joy. 1.Hello-Modern Rock(remake of ‘Good bye’ by Park Hye-Kyung) 2. @@Hello-zg9ud yess! I did few researches after I typed this comment. When I listened to Joy’s album for the first time I thought this is just my type! And it brings back to me many nostalgic memories (kpop and jpop were so similar in early 2000s, late 1990s) Be there for you was my favourite track but I couldn’t find the original track by Toy and thanks for you know I can search for all of them. I’m so in love with Joy’s voice she really slayed this album! She’s an experienced and talented vocalist. Thanks because you bought me time to find the original tracks! I really appreciate it.

I noticed that Joy's voice are always so CLEAR when she sings. Seriously, that it almost sound autotuned. I remember that some of the vocal coach/ singer reactions said that she sound that she uses autotune. I want to scream, they don't know that her raw vocals naturally sound like that.

Same here. Most of vocal coach reactions that I have watched said she did use some sort of vocal processing. Little did they know that it was purely Joy's vocal. Which reminds me when she guessed in Yoo Hee Yeol's sketchbook, her live performance is actually sound the same in studio version. 💚💚💚

솔직히 머글로서 조이 음색, 가창력을 알 수 있는 기회가 슬의생 ost에서 처음이었는데 너무 깜짝 놀랐다. 청아하고 깔끔하고.. 그러다 어제 리메이크 들었는데 진짜 전곡 다 깨끗하고 따뜻한 느낌.. 목소리가 사람을 쏙 빼닮았음.. 레드벨벳 잘 몰라서 이런 데다가 댓글 쓰는 거 부담스럽지만 그래도 혹시나 보실까 하여 응원하고 싶은 마음에 댓글 남기구 갑니다. 진짜 너무 예쁘고 사랑스러워요. 홧팅

I love seeing the process of recording the songs. I myself was amazed when I heard Joy’s remake album. She had told us before that she had been practicing her singing & this album proves it. So many different techniques were used that I’m very thankful that we got bc it suits Joy’s lovely voice! Physical album is not out yet so don’t forget to purchase guys!
