I think this song was sung by North Koreans welcoming Koreans who were living in Japan under much social discrimination and decided to move to the so-called working class paradise of DPRK. So the words mean something like Glad to see you, compatriot brothers and sister... Glad to meet you like this..

if there is democracy when they unify, which means the vote counts, north has fewer poeple than the south then i don't think north korean will have any politician elected.
There are very many 'beautiful' people in North Korea . . . because 'oppression' usually does that . . . it purifies people and cultures. Too much freedom, run amok to excess, to the point of abuse of freedom . . . this destroys souls. Suffering purifies. The abuse of freedom . . . leads to Spiritual death. The West culture has lost much morality, even the Christian I Hope we can turn it around and regain our moral 'senses'. GOD Bless both North and South Korea . . both peoples beautiful
