또 한 번 깨 달았다. 내가 의사더라도 서우진 처럼 사람 구하고 내가 배우라도 안효섭 처럼 연기 할 수 있을까 싶었음. 많은 걸 깨닫 게 해 준 작품이라던가 드라마던가 그게 김사부가 아닐까 싶네. 진짜 보다가 울었다고 해도 거짓말이 아니었을 장면이었고. 서우진이라 가능했고 안효섭이라 가능했던 모든 장면들. 모든 컷들의 하나 하나를 얼마나 경각심을 갖고 책임감을 갖고 했을지 당사가 아니면 감히 상상도 못 할 짓이지만 너무 감사합니다 모든 배우님들.
진짜.. 이 커플은 눈물 없이 못본다 진짜..ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 우진이랑 은재 둘다 환자를 지켜내는 그 순간까지도 계속 서로를 생각하고 걱정하고 무사하기를 바라는 마음이 너무 애틋해..ㅠㅠㅠ 은재도 우진이도 서로가 서로에게 없으면 안되는 존재가 됬으니 이제 둘이 부부로 연을 맺어도 이상하지 않을것 같은데 말이죠.. 이번 시즌 최종화에서는 이 둘 부부로서의 모습을 볼수 있겠죠!!? 낭만이로서 간절히 원하고 또 바래 기도합니다..ㅜㅜ

I love Woojin and EunJae they're so beautiful together, they're one of my favorite Couple in Kdrama. I love how Dr. KIM is like a father to them. Love their relationship. This serie will always be one of the best hospital serie for me ❤ I hope we will have a Season 4 and hopefully with the same cast. Cause love them all
Eun Jae is so strong the entire episode. I want to give her a hug so bad. Woo Jin Eun Jae love is so mature, and that makes their love so beautiful. I hope there will be more space for Eun Jae to express her feelings and Woo Jin to feel what she has been through. Love them so much ❤❤❤
I've cried a lot in this 9, 10 episode. Lately I've seen some pics out Dr Romantic 3 Wrap Up Party. Just can't believe there are some episodes left. Can't say goodbye to my doldam family.

Aaaahh how much I love this unwritten couple, a chemistry from another world. In addition to very serious and painful scenes, we had many fun moments with them both on stage and behind the scenes. I hope we have a 4th season with the entire cast and with these two characters/actors that I love so much 🇧🇷❤️🔥

Can't shut up about LSK's acting at 1:10 that look on her face gaaah she perfectly delivered to the viewers how grave the situation is as if we're part of it. Altho I may have some concerns in Ep 10, still this ep is juuust soo good. Everyone was soo good with their acting 🔥
We all knew how strong and tough Eunjae is through S2. As much as possible she always try to hide her pain (when she got sliced on her neck) and tears (when kim sabu told her to quit from being a doctor after running out during an ongoing surgery) from everyone but would always carry on after every occasion. And in all those pretense of tough facade, Woojin's the only person who could see through her. I guess its consistent on S3. On ep10 Eunjae is on the very edge of breaking down but still soldiered on, trying her very best to collect herself and not crumble until the end. When she finally saw Woojin in his bed, she finally gave in and shed tears, although controlled, because with Woojin she can show her true emotions without pretense. HOWEVER, as a viewer is it too much to ask for someone, at least kim sabu, to hug her as well? :(( she needs it too. Is it also tooo much to ask of instead of Eunjae controlling her tears, she breaks down infront of him while shouting how scared she was or how worried she was? Woojin needs some lecturing! Eunjae was controlling her emotions all throughout from the time she learnt Woojin went inside the building until she found out his hand injury; she needs a way to lift out the bomb off her chest! And for me that's through bursting out while crying 😭
