I think it is appropriate to eat it with our bare hands than using fork and knife even fried chicken we tend to use fork and spoon/knife when actually the appropriate way to eat is by using our bare hands..

It is like pudding but it is cooked differently. It has no gelatin content hahaha. It is called "leche flan". Also "halo halo" should be mixed before you eat it haha
