You've missed Again, doesnt have MV but has Dance practice and live performance and is for me, one of the best songs and choreos of Astro. About choreos: i think their choreos since debut are intrincate contemporary+clasic and people nowadays dont see the difficulty in this because they are not agressive choreos like boygroups tend to do now that are more simplistic moves but delivery in such a strong way that looks difficult. Astro has the most artistic, coordinated and difficult choreos I've seen in more than 10 years of kpop that i've been in.
You really should react to "Again" they didn't release the mv because it doesn't suit their concept at that time but the choreo is insane and the song is beautiful. It's my fav video dance practice, they are mind blowing.
the two rappers are Rocky and Jinjin Rocky is the really good dancer that always stands out on dance practices (along with Moonbin) and Jinjin has a deeper and huskier tone
Their sound and MV/music production start slowly changing with Baby and will culminate in All Night. When you go back (I really hope you do) and explore their B sides in the early eras, you will get more of the coming of age sound. As for their choreography, in my opinion, their earlier choreography is actually more intricate than the newer ones. They just make it look smooth and effortless. Like what most Arohas here already said, the dance practice of Again is a classic and should not be missed. Looking forward to the next reaction!

For me, I Stan Eunwoo when I watched him on the variety show Master in the House even though I watched most of his Kdrama. I only find him good looking but on that variety show together with the Handsome tigers I found out how nice and good person he is. So ASTRO is the only kpop on my playlist ❤❤❤

ah because it seems that their 4th title doesn't have an mv that means you also missed their best dance practice. Again/Should Have Held On was the 4th title for the seasons albums. That's their most complimented choreography and was a sort of turning point for their sound. Also that's why there was seemingly a big gap between confession and baby, you missed an era. Also I'm surprised you're not too impressed by the choreography? For me they're some of the best dancers on the industry since debut era. They tend to lean more into more subtlety complex moves that are rooted in jazz, tap, contemporary, or just straight up theatrics, which is truly unique. If you do get a chance I really think you should go back and check out the Winter Dream era (with the Again dance practice and the you&me ddoca mv) that you skipped, since it's what begins to define them, I'd say.

Baby, in my opinion, is quintessential ASTRO. The signature sound, the bright MV, the sweetness, the intricate -- but you're correct, not crazy difficult, though difficult to sync and make look effortless -- choreography and the fun in the dance practice are all there. And it really holds up over time. It's a year after their debut at this point, and that's over 5 years ago. The fact that it looks and sounds as good as it does is impressive, because we know not even Big 3 companies have discographies that can hold up to time. FYI, they did the Baby choreography at 2x speed on a variety show, and the synchronization is still largely there. Confession just wasn't a great hit for them. The video was cute but confusing -- Eunwoo is crying because he knows that, as characters the female lead drew, they aren't able to stay with her. Luckily, as nice a song as it was without the video, it holds up as well, I just don't think it got the necessary care it needed. Glad you're enjoying (and sharing!) the journey!
I promise you will fall in love with astro, they are different they have something not alot of others do. They remind me if super junior. Anyways road to aroha can't wait!! 🤩🤩

In Confession's MV, they are characters drawn by the girl and even if they are in love with her, they cannot be together, that's why Eunwoo is crying at the end. By the way that handsome dude is Cha Eun Woo (we Arohas call him simply Nunu), most people find Astro by his kdramas since he is an actor (and also a model). Actually their hardest choreo is probably Breathless. Fans even scold the choreographer for not leaving any interval for them to breath, you can see them out of breath during performances. Baby's sound and choreo is really different from other Astro songs I think. It reminds most people early Holywood musicals, like Singing in the Rain. I'm sure you will like Crazy Sexy Cool. And there are some choreos you should definitely watch even if they dont have MVs. Again, When You Call My Name, Moon Walk, With You are some of them.

agree with the comments! hope you will check out the dance practice for Again/Should Have Held On. Really love Baby it is so addicting and Confession is so good. What I really love about Astro's growth is that there are so many emotions that I could relate to in my own growth and experience. Its not all happy and smiles, like how Confession was bit sadder or angsty. When I first started checking out Astro, the rapline is what drew me in. They are so talented and diverse! Can't wait till you get to hear Rocky's vocals.

It’s still so sad there’s no dance practice for Confession. The rapper you liked vocally in Baby was Jinjin, but Rocky is a special dancer, it’s true. :) Fun to watch you continue on your Aroha journey! Their colors from Baby continue to be their colors going forward. MJ’s solo was orange-themed. Jinjin and Rocky’s unit debut was blue and green. Sanha and Bin’s unit comeback was red and yellow.
There are several live shows of Confession where you can see the choreo and also they have many dance practices that don't have MV's that are awesome!! I also would like to see you react to Cat's Eye, one of my favorites.
Before you go to the other songs you should see the dance practice AGAIN you will love it, from crazy sexy cool you will see a different star because of the growth they begin to have from there, then see the subunits and only the group you will see more things that will leave you speechless, thank you very much for reacting to the boys I know that in the end you will fall in love with them because of the great talent that each one of them has. 💜💜☺️
Confession has a silly dance practice where they change parts and have to do something else when their name is called. There are no subtitles to it so laughing to the chaos is about it for it. To truly appreciate the choreo of Confession you have to watch the stage shows. Confession starts with the girl confessing to the douche who threw her comic. To cope she is doodling and drawing Astro. They come alive and as she is drawing/erasing things-they react. At the end they are sad because she realizes she has to face reality and move on and that means her fantasy creations will leave. As mentioned, you missed Again dance practice-no MV. Also, there is no dance practice for 'Always You'. There is a small dance cut sequence shown. That is another one to truly appreciate the choreo you have to watch the mnet stage. Rap line got me with 'All Night". It took me 2 seconds to realize someone was rapping the flow was so smooth each time one of them came in. Also, MJ has a killer note that blows you away in it. Their concept slowly evolves from unabashedly bubble-gum pop to more mature but they still pull off cute and fun and it doesn't seem odd at all.
You should listen to Again/ Should have held on, one of its best songs, and it's so sentimental and underrated, please add it to your next reaction 😭 it doesn't have Mv but it has dance practice

Let me start by saying I like every single ASTRO song. You know that for most groups there is bound to be one or two songs that are not really your vibe. ASTRO is not one of those groups. Hopefully, after you go through the music videos you will get a chance to listen to the B sides. There are some hidden gems there. My all time favorite ASTRO songs (with MV and dance practice) are probably the ones you are going to react to next: Crazy Sexy Cool and Always You. I also like After Midnight a lot. I can't wait for part 3!!!
