​@Najmi Hasmid It's a buttercream frosting, but I don't know if it's SMBC (Swiss Meringue Buttercream) IMBC (Italian Meringue buttercream) or ABC (American buttercream), although all of them would work equally well for piping flowers. And the way to get them firm enough to transfer to the cake is to put them in the fridge or freezer (I prefer the freezer) for a few minutes after piping them to get them firm. But once you take them from the fridge or freezer to put them on the cake, you need to work quickly so they don't become too soft to handle. But if they do, just put them back in the fridge or freezer to get firm again.

Может что-то типа шоколадного ганаша или белковый? Мне также интересно крепятся ли они чем-то, например, тем же шоколадом..

@@user-em3gb9sg6y масляный крем. Цветы в холодильник, масло застывает, после этого цветочки крепятся на тот же крем.

I made it (2020.11.30 ). It came out really nice and beautiful. Everyone loved it. Perfect colour combination. Ground to air with flowers. I love it. Thanks

Здравствуйте,Наталья! Я в английском не сильна,чтобы поинтересоваться у автора),поэтому решила спросить у Вас. Как думаете,какой крем используется в выравнивании и цветах? Хочу попробовать повторить эту красоту,но боюсь ошибиться с выбором крема.
