S Korean promotion must be so much fun for these guys. In USA they sit in a room and one reporter after the other comes in and asks practically the same questions.
All of the content that keeps coming out of this Korea leg of their press tour is awesome. Hugh Jackman has shared in the past (Kimchi Chronicles series) that his father had done some work with the early economic development of South Korea so he has always had a lot of respect for Korea. And both he and Ryan Reynolds have reputations as some of the most genuine people in Hollywood. This makes all of these Korean variety show appearances that much more entertaining!
This is great... Americans finally showing up in Korea and supporting... they couldn't of found any more genuine, funny American actors to put on their show...
I mean sure they act in America (and I think Ryan at least as American citizenship as well now) but Ryan is originally Canadian and Hugh is Australian.
For my non-Korean speaking brothers & sisters, the first dish was "Galbi-jjim" (Korean braised short ribs) that cost roughly $7 USD. The second dish was the same thing, but with rice. And the last dish was the same as before but with a melted cheese sauce (that they referred to as a yellow Wolverine sauce) on top.
i'm learning korean and i was like "man won galbi-jjim?" i thought there was another meaning of that but it's actually the price haha (10,000 won / $7). thank you! i'm watching jinny's kitchen on amazon and love seeing the cast make galbi-jjim and the other food. love seeing ryan and hugh on all these shows hehe.
@@evolve777thx. is all man won galbi-jjim pork? i thought i heard one of the chefs say pork. i also thought galbi-jjim is beef but is the cost more than 10,000 won? most recipes i see online are beef.
I am American, but I watched this and laughed so much! I used YT generated English subs. It was ok, and I followed well. This was beautiful. I was so proud of the actor/chef; he made my heart warm with his open joy. I love Ryan and Hugh embracing different things on this press tour, too. Thank you for a good program!
@@bruhmask8562 As stated, I used the RU-vid-generated English subs. It's never great, but work okay in a pinch. Here's how to use them: turn on "CC" then click the video setting. Choose "subtitle", then "auto translate." Finally, choose your preferred language (in my case English) from the long list. That's all you have to do.

@@bruhmask8562 The Korean-(auto-generated) subs turn into Korean (auto-generated)--->English when you select them manually. You'll see it working at the 0:13 second mark of the video.
Ryan Reynolds and Hugh jackman actually doesn't need to promote too much because internationally they are huge actors☺️ than korean actors both of em ar e legends!!! They're just having fun promoting their upcoming movie.
Asian culture in a nutshell! they are so amazing thank you SK for just being there for the moment and focusing on making them enjoy their trip to SK I'm not SKean but I love your country. I don't need to understand one word to understand everything!
