Dr. Li's Books 📚
amzn.to/3XK1HWg Dr William Li Book Set (Eat to Beat Disease & Eat to Beat Your Diet)
In the constant battle against cancer and chronic disease, modern medicine often overlooks ancient wisdom hidden in plain sight such as spices. Renowned physician-scientist Dr. William Li shines a light on humble kitchen spices that may hold the key to starving cancer cells and boosting your body's healing stem cells.
With an impressive educational pedigree from Harvard, Yale, and the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Li isn't your average spice aficionado. He's a world-leading authority on the molecular mechanisms by which dietary nutrients combat disease.
His groundbreaking work uncovered how certain foods contain bioactive compounds that can influence angiogenesis in ways that either promote unchecked tumor growth and metastasis or starve cancers of their blood supply, effectively halting their proliferation.
While the pharmaceutical industry continues searching for the next blockbuster cancer drug, many ancient spices have already evolved potent anti-cancer properties through nature's precise biochemical designs.
In this illuminating video, Dr. Li reveals five spice superstars that modern science confirms can:
Stop new tumor blood vessel growth (anti-angiogenic)
Induce cancer cell death (apoptosis)
Block cellular pathways promoting cancer's spread
Reduce inflammation and oxidative stress fueling cancers
Support the regeneration of healthy stem cells
Leveraging his unparalleled research expertise, Dr. Li dives deep into the specific bioactive compounds within each spice variety and their molecular mechanisms for disrupting cancer's insidious progression.
Prepare to rethink those spice racks gathering dust in your pantry. With empirical evidence and nuanced scientific insights, Dr. Li will identify and detail the top 5 spices that belong in any dietary regimen for optimal cancer prevention, including:
How different preparation methods affect each spice's bioavailability
The optimal dosages and consumption frequencies for maximum benefit
Tips for choosing the highest quality spice varieties and forms
Potential synergistic effects of combining specific spice blends
Traditional healing applications backed by modern research studies
Delicious ways to easily incorporate more of these spices into your diet
Whether you're looking to enhance your body's cancer-protective metabolic environment or support healthy stem cell regeneration for tissue repair, Dr. Li's research-backed wisdom will transform how you view and utilize the power of spices.
While most only consider spices as flavor enhancers, Dr. Li takes it a step further by examining their incredible potential for supporting your body's stem cell reservoirs and overall regenerative capabilities.
Cancer's angiogenic growth factors can also negatively impact the function of healthy stem cells required for bodily maintenance and repair. However, key bioactive spice compounds can counteract this effect while simultaneously promoting the regeneration and differentiation of new stem cells.
By integrating Dr. Li's top 5 stem cell-boosting spices into your diet, you'll not only be starving existing cancers but also fueling your body's innate healing system to prevent future disease development.

I don't think people understand how monumental this video is!!! We will be haled by the herbs and leaves of the land. The overall problem is that honestly in the little time our species has existed on earth, in this compacity, we have become far to domesticated to the point we are degrading our health faster than elements we already have working against us.

It’s not a matter of being in a certain amount. I stick with single ingredient foods from the market. And this includes spices, herbs, nuts, eggs, vegetables, fruit, etc. These unprocessed foods keep me away from cancer causing ultra processed foods.

@patriciakapua7395- I plan to introduce these spices and herbs into my favorite dishes, like chicken with lemon and capers ( 1 tablespoon) I enjoy chai tea and will have it with a bit of cinnamon. I am making a 3-ring notebook of healthy foods and recipes. I am post surgical ( gall bladder) and on a strict diet, but I can incorporate spices, as long as they are not too spicy. Hope this helps you. ~Diane

thank you doc. What about the basil plant? Does Basil have any good healthy benefits?
@LongevityDeprocessed
@LongevityDeprocessed Месяц назад
Many! In general most herbs are amazing 🤩. Basil is a popular herb not only for its culinary uses but also for its numerous health benefits. Here are some of the key health benefits of basil: ### 1. **Rich in Antioxidants**: - Basil is high in antioxidants, particularly flavonoids, which help protect the body against oxidative stress and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. ### 2. **Anti-inflammatory Properties**: - Basil contains essential oils like eugenol, linalool, and citronellol, which have anti-inflammatory effects. These compounds can help reduce inflammation in the body, potentially lowering the risk of inflammatory conditions like arthritis and heart disease. ### 3. **Supports Immune Health**: - Basil has antibacterial properties, which can help protect against infections. The herb also has a high vitamin A content, which is important for maintaining a healthy immune system. ### 4. **Aids Digestion**: - Basil can help stimulate the appetite and has been traditionally used to treat digestive disorders. It may help soothe the stomach, reduce bloating, and improve digestion. ### 5. **Supports Mental Health**: - Some studies suggest that basil may have adaptogenic properties, which means it could help the body cope with stress and anxiety. Compounds in basil may help enhance mood and reduce symptoms of anxiety. ### 6. **Cardiovascular Health**: - The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of basil can help improve heart health. Additionally, the herb contains magnesium, which is important for maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system by promoting normal blood circulation and relaxing the blood vessels. ### 7. **Blood Sugar Regulation**: - Some studies indicate that basil might help lower blood sugar levels, making it potentially beneficial for people with diabetes. It may improve insulin sensitivity and reduce post-meal blood sugar spikes. ### 8. **Skin Health**: - Basil's antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties can be beneficial for skin health. It is sometimes used in natural remedies for acne and other skin conditions. ### 9. **Liver Health**: - Research has shown that basil may help support liver function and protect against fatty liver disease by reducing fat buildup in the liver. ### 10. **Antimicrobial Activity**: - Basil has antimicrobial properties that can help protect against harmful bacteria and fungi. This makes it a useful addition to foods to help prevent spoilage and infections. Incorporating basil into your diet can provide a range of health benefits, from reducing inflammation and supporting heart health to improving digestion and boosting the immune system. Whether used fresh or dried, basil is a versatile herb with significant medicinal properties.

Ceylon, also known as true cinnamon. Don’t have cassia cinnamon on a regular basis as it has a component that’s toxic when eaten in large doses or on a daily basis. Even with Ceylon cinnamon you should take a short break.
