I was busy writing a level 200 psych paper and I stopped in the middle because I felt nostalgia and remember the music from some of my favorite video games that I haven't heard in years. It reminded me of the simple times of life and I’m so busy with college now that I nearly forgot about how much these games impacted me.This is the type of chill lo-fi I can listen to and wish there was more of tbh.

i think you’re referring to the community. nintendo itself hates when others do it, stomping on our work like a beautiful sunflower being destroyed. i’d say sega is more friendly to their community, and they only allow fan games that don’t make a profit instead of outright killing them. hell, the game sonic mania was made by two fan game creators hired by sega. i do agree with your opinion, though. the nintendo community is creative. if nintendo did give us time to sprout, i bet it would be beautiful.

I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep. I saw this mix and listened to the whole thing, and the nostalgia that ran through my body was phenomenal. This was so well created and I thank whoever made this mix for doing such an excellent job! I felt nothing more than enjoyment and bliss while listening to this, and it really brought me back to my childhood.

My favourite Nintendo game has to Super Mario 64 or Pokémon Red/blue or Zelda BOTW or... (and the list goes on) Overall Nintendo is just the best company hands down, there’s something for everybody and it’s always done with that distinctive Nintendo charm.

i wake up at 5 am everyday in quarantine just to see the sunrise. and every time i wake up, i put on my headphones and listen to this as i sit on my roof and watch the sun rise over the mountains in the distance. “what a sight.” i say to myself. then day comes and i continue the sad cycle of homework and more homework. i loved pokémon black and white btw, best pokémon series by far in my opinion.

I've had youtube autoplaying some lofi while at work. I was waiting on hold and playing a mobile game in which a dragon opened it's mouth to roar at the same time as the rooster crow at the beginning of this mix... Needless to say I laughed very audibly and the situation was equally difficult to explain to my coworkers.
