Get a 3 line auto dialer. You it calls three people at once and connects you with the first person that picks up. If two people pick up at the same time, it’ll connect you with the second person right after your call. I can have 100 LIVE conversations a day if I dial for 8-9 hours straight on that dialer.

P & C is all about Customer Service unlike Life Insurance where you might probably won't deal with the policy until someone pass away. With P & C people will go and come so it's all about Customer Services. Don't just look at the numbers. Yes, you can sale millions in Volume but for those millions of volumn to stay after renewal, you must provide great quality service. Don't look at the numbers with P & C, the more better your services your book of business the longer they will stick and stay which will grow your numbers.
