Wow! I can't believe I made it through this workout. The combinations were tough - hello squat reverse lunge swing and the chest press with leg lowers was mentally challenging to coordinate. I love a challenge and will come back to this.

Wow, that was awesome Michelle! 💥I just saved this to my MetCon playlist, because I definitely want to do this again. I loved the creativity of the moves! 👍50 secs work with only 10 secs rest kept the intensity up, and repeating each circuit twice was perfect. 🔥That last Tabata blast was a great finisher! 😁
All I can say is WOW! I will come back to this maybe once a week to improve. First time through and I needed to rest frequently, and also experimenting with weight amounts. Feel so good after💪💪💪

I love this workout and have sent it to several friends. I do it 2 or 3 times a week with heavy weights for the past 4 months, but I'm not getting sore anymore - although I couldn't really go any heavier on weight.
