AFTER THOSE TWO MENTAL GAMES AND 12 K/D RATIO? ARE YOU GRINDING THE MALE NOW?! MY DECAL IS HERE: store.gaijin.net/catalog.php?category=WarThunder&partner=Oddbawz&partner_val=2bpa5qx4
Still no vehicle I want. Maybe the Japanese ship but depends on how much of the rest of my soul I want to sell to the devil. Well if the devil is a hot tomboy then I might consider it xD
@@jayklink851 funnily enough, its designed that way because the machine gun is water-cooled. So just imagine the shell of the machine gun being penetrated and hot liquids running down the length of it. :)
Legend has it that this tank was designed and used by the Emu's in the emu wars. It's entire reason to be is to allow high tier combatants to flex on poor seal pups. (not a criticism, just an observation of the WT meta)
Here's a tank that only veterans will get that's difficult for new players to kill and will never be obtainable again! We do this multiple times a year!
This tank was design by the Australians in 1943 to match their military doctrine off ramming vehicles in their ass. This was done because they got drunk one night while watching Fury and decided to copy it.
I've been waiting years for this tank since the AC IV was added to the game back around 2015-2016 somewhere - I was hoping it would be at a BR where the armour would have some level of effectiveness and not suffer too much from Matilda syndrome, but it looks like it can more than hold its own with no trouble which is great news - I started grinding for it the moment the event began so I'm very glad to hear it's perfectly useable, if a challenge in uptiers Fingers crossed it doesn't get moved to 3.0 or 3.3 like the Churchill I lmao
I would love the option to ram that "Machine Gun Jacket" inside the hole that your shell did when penetrating an enemy tank... To assert your dominance.
Ayyye back in track with the daily uploads 👍 can you please play the ARL44 (ACL-1) that would be the best Christmas present ever (Just kidding grandmas Brownies are the best😁)
Hey Odd, love your vids. I'd love to see you play some more French mid tier stuff like AMX 50. It would also be kinda cool to see some line ups from different tiers and nations. Hope your feeling well.
"players that are so fkng bad they cant play" Bit harsh, those players are probably relative newcomers, they may not know how to play well yet, and given the sheer numbers of experienced players down in low tier these days, they probably never will.
@@iffracem No offense intended, it is part the truth. I was just making a joke on how Ytbers get way better matchmaking than the rest of us do normally.
@@Kjarn I hear you. Today I attempted to play around a dozen games, all but 2 I was max uptiered. By itself a max uptier is OK, (but getting it 80% of the time is tedious) This is my normal experience. But when you have only just unlocked a vehicle, so you add in a couple of lower tier vehicles to make a lineup and find yourself constantly being "matched" at a full uptier based one that one new vehicle that doesn't have parts unlocked... well it's just frustrating. Add in the "perfect storm" that you find yourself up against better equipped nations, against level 100+ players with their spaded (or close to it) crews and fully unlocked vehicles.... That happens more often than I like. As I say, my normal experience.
Since its release this has become my favorite tank. I already have more kills in it than any other vehicle in the entire game. I've also built a perfect 2.7 British team around it featuring the Crusader II, AEC AA, Gun Carrier, A.C. I, Matilda Hedgepog, with the Corsair and the 2.7 Wellington for CAS. Other vehicles that could fit in such a team include the normal Matilda, one of the Valentines, the Archer and the Grant for those with an extra $200 lying around. Anyway the Aussie Cock 1 here is a hell of a brawler. Play this tank with the fearlessness of an Australian who puts on their shoes without checking for spiders. tbh I even like the 2 pounder. It may not be great but its fast and very satisfying to use.
im not grinding this cause its just gonna get shafted in BR. its not german so its br will end up around 3.7 i think. cant have an allied tank with armor or the german mains will short circuit from having to actually aim. only real exception is the m4a3 105, god that thing is a menace at 2.7
Given the bushed tank destroyer that bounced a round off you my dude you were beyond lucky that's one of the few tanks that has the pen to reliably pen you from that range
My grandfather always talked bad about this tank when i was a kid. I never understood why until i was probably 15 and i finally noticed why... It literally. Has a D*ck on it. You know that the dude working on this tank went, drew it up the cover for the vickers, fabricated it, put it on the tank and then he just said "Well. F*%k sake..." and then started laughing.
That Benis at the front was only there to protect the MG, seeing as Australia was still a colony to the UK at the time a lot of their military gear was basically obsolete stuff that the UK didn't want (they even made us pay THEM to take said obsolete gear off their hands and it usually wasn't at cost either, a good example was the affectionately named "Scrap iron flotilla" a bunch of VERY obsolete destroyers from just after WW1 which they "sold" to us as we needed ships but were at the whims of the UK) so the MG's they used for the 68 tanks including the 3 pilot/prototypes were Vickers water cooled ones as that's all they had on hand because all the good and modern gear wasn't being sold to us.
I recently faced an astro one, they are beasts, I had a T-54, they were not even 5 minutes into the game and I already had more than 8 kills, although in the end I killed him an M22 locust XD
The Swedish Chef had a query about this tank. "Vert de ferk der de tee dreenk nerter gefergters derrin ter de tankens?" I can translate for the non Muppet sperkin de ferkin.
I've fought a lot of 105s with my Sentinel and I can tell you that its a losing fight front to front, especially if the 105 is packing HE, but if you can get a flat side shot on the 105 then the Sentinel can pop its ammo rack like most other things. If you have to fight one from the front try to aim for the Hull MG, Gunsight, or Co-ax. Failing that go for the tracks and flank.
It's also one of the rarest IRL as well, out of the 68 made (including the 3 that came before the production run of 65 tanks) there's only 3 left in the world, ones stored at the Puckapunyal RAAC museum, ones at Bovington and the 3rd is in a private collection in Cairns.
When are we getting the 17 pounder variant terrifying as it may seem they did fit a 17 pounder to this tank there are picture of it with a 17 pounder now how successful it was I don't know and it may of never got much further than a prototype but you can say the same about the tank itself.
