Thanks for the question Donna. However, we don't work for Solitaire Homes. You would have to reach out to them to see if the place could be made ADA compliant. They are really good folks...so I'm sure it can be worked out.

Hi Kehinde...unfortunately Solitaire doesn’t like to share pricing on their home in online marketing. There are too many variables that go final pricing. They ask that you call them to discuss pricing. Thanks for watching!!

Every other dealer on RU-vid gives a base price for the model and options they are showing. I really like the home but I have no clue what the price is and I don't want to talk to a high-pressure salesman just to find out it's completely out of my budget.

I understand mmooreful. Unfortunately, that particular dealership doesn't like to discuss pricing in their adds b/s so many factors adjust the final price. We are working with some new dealerships (and will have new videos out soon!) and they will include pricing.

@@TKH7399 Thanks for watching Tamara! I don't really try to tell them how to run their business...I am only there to get the homes on film and get them on YT for you guys to watch. I did tell them folks would like to know pricing, but that doesn't sway their long held decision. Solitaire decided years ago when they started their business not to worry about the "today" fashion designs and concentrate on building quality homes for their customers. Most of their business is "word of mouth" at this point in their LONG business life. They treat their customers right and deliver a "site built" quality home for them to enjoy. I know skepticism protects folks "especially in our world today", but companies don't survive as long as solitaire without good word of mouth. Just my two cents... Thanks for watching our videos and I hope to have some new videos out soon (with pricing) but my area seems to be very weird about getting their homes filmed....Who knows...

Move that toilet in master. I can see someone's kids blasting that door open and cracking the knees of the one sitting on the toilet. Get rid of the tub. Put a nice vanity there.

The Floorplan was very spacious. Would be nice to know the size of this single wide. That diagonal kitchen is awkward in placement and the hidden laundry/utility room should be the secondary exit as opposed to the rear of this model. I'm not a fan of doors leading out positioned next to master suite.

Beautiful layout and it has a pantry!!! I'm not in love with the master bath at all but the rest of the home is amazing. If they don't add basic pricing then for sure it's more than I can afford! :(

I understand the pricing concern, but you should give them a call! You might be surprised. They just have so much that effects the final price, they just prefer to discuss direct. It isn't for everyone. Sometimes I think a secret room would be neat, but I think it would get old after a while of having to open both doors to do your laundry. I knew it was a secret room as soon as he walked in the kitchen. The give away is the "doors" on the faux pantry go to the floor, where regular pantry doors do not. It looks a little off when you look at it IMO.

Love this home, everything about it! I just retired and have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs and full basement. Don't need this much room now. Would love to find something like this, but not in a mobile home park. Would need to be on its own lot/property. Would be great to have everything on one floor and LOVE the hidden laundry room! What an awesome surprise! Just dreaming at this point! Great home and video!! One of the best mobile homes I've seen so far!

I understand your plight, however, I watch these videos for floorplan ideas. Most of the channels are located in locations I am not, so the price really won't matter in that instance. What I have done is taken the videos I've liked the floorplans on to a few local sellers and they find similar or the same floorplan from the manufacturers they deal with. Some times it's the same manufacturer and sometimes it isn't. In some cases where a price was given, it's higher or lower where I am at. So, I don't see it as a time waster myself, but I understand how you feel about it. It'd be nice just for a base price. Even car manufacturers will give a base price.

Perfection! A slanted kitchen, a hidden laudrey, what a wonderful set up! Imagination, instead of just square room boxes. This one has personality. A surprise that keeps surprising. All tape & texture walls, too, very nice! If I could do a mobile home now, this is the one I would buy. Best layout I've ever seen. Also, kudos on NOT putting the bathroom inbetween the kids bedrooms, the way its laid out both bedroom are the same size, not a huge one in the back and a squashed middle bedroom. Perfect! I'm sure one could opt for wood look flooring instead of carpet. I'd look at making the kitchen 'bar' a wall instead, divide the rooms more. I do not like open concept.
