🤗🤩 THANK YOU 🤩🤗 I'm happy to hear the both of you enjoyed this dish. Thanks for watching, thanks for giving it a try and thanks for coming back to give feedbacks. 🤗🤩
K Your cooking method is impeccable, It's a lot of time to get those fine bones but the eating uninterrupted is worth it, ALSO THANKS for explaining why it's not necessary to overfry, & Awesome sauce!❤😊
It was a diri djon djon (mushroom rice). I didn't use jasmine rice this time. I used a basmati parboiled rice from the brand Quiskeya. Thanks for watching 🤩
🤤 It is mouth watering 😋 Once you cook the tomato paste and add the liquid, the longer you allow it to simmer, the thicker it will get. This one wasn't too thick though.
@@atasteofk8270 ok, I understand. But what troubles me is the more you boil it the less sauce you end up with? To have a good amount of sauce should I add more tomato paste so I can add more water so I don't have little amount of sauce?
You can add more tomato paste, but make sure you allow the tomato paste to cook (you don't want that raw tomato paste taste). If you add the cooking liquid plus a lot of water, you will need to make adjustments to it to give it a good flavor.
