The controversial Israeli columnist and author discusses the 'peace talks' that are set to resume between Israelis and Palestinians in Washington.
The parties seem to be entrenched in their positions on settlements, Jerusalem and the right of return for Palestinian refugees.
Already there is tough talk over settlements with Binyamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, telling his Likud party that he will allow a partial settlement freeze to expire in September.
Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian president, has responded by saying that lifting the 'freeze' would mean an end to any peace talks.
