@@essee3984 Seen many tourists there and it was cheaper stay. People were very friendly and didn't have any problem :)

But that area is infamous for illicit activities like drugs and pr*stitution and thus many travellers who are seeking that kind stuff prefer staying there hence the tourist crowd. Definitely not a good neighborhood. Many tourists have even gone missing in the past. Do take care !
