the 'Ta" over "Ra" creates the litteral sound of the letter "T" in English, the letter is ٹ " like when you say Truck, ٹرک.

In Urdu ط is added on top of special alphabets, sounds which aren't present in Arabic like ٹ or ڑ or ڈ these are different but somewhat close to ت or ر or د

In urdu there are additional letters and also similarities to persian as well as arabic but there are certain pronunciations whoch are not in persian or arabic but there is other letters in urdu for those sounds

Urdu has some additional letters which are not in Arabic .. Like پاکستان pakistan.. Arabic doesn't have letter پ that's why you guys write باكستان.... Like Arabic, Urdu has ت, ط but also has letter ٹ‎ which isn't in Arabic 🙃

Can you image more the 1000 words just for camel,one word describing whole sentences... Maybe They are Christian or even if they are jew we 3 still connected with one prophet Abraham.... They also know prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h is from descendant of prophet Ishmael who's elder brother of prophet Isaac /elder son of prophet Abraham. They might not believe him as prophet but they know Muhammad p.b.u.h is blood of prophet abraham.
