Ben, we r in KY and work from a tent. Just like the person that said they can only get a 14 day permit. I’m guessing they work from a tent as well and fall under temporary food establishment. We get a health permit everytime we set up.. either a 3 day, 7 day or 14 day. If we had a cart or a trailer we could get an annual permit..

I am not nor am I able to be certified by Wayne county Michigan. Who has went out there and sold without being legal and they made plenty of money and no one ever asked you for paperwork? Who has went out there and got a ticket or black balled?

I want to send your book to my incarcerated son but it's over $200 on Amazon. Why is it so expensive? I send $15-$20 books weekly knowing they could be taken away anytime. But $200 is a stretch. I know the info is worth it but just not affordable.
