Every year you will learn a special form in the Self-Mastery course. In this series of recordings of the last live sessions from 2022, you will learn the Chan Gong Rou Quan form. Sections 1-12 will be released monthly with English audio and German subtitles, beginning with Live Session 1 in February 2023.
