So I grew ONE lemon lol and it made me so HAPPY. It took 14 months for my lemon to grow. I hope you enjoy this garden story of me and my little lemon. I am ridiculously proud of this accomplishment. Also in the video we take a drive to Linwood, New York and enjoy the luminous tree peonies at Linwood Gardens.
This is a private garden but the owners share the garden with the public a few times a year. The estate was built in 1901 by Henry Gratwick, Jr who was involved in the Great Lakes lumber and shipping industries in Buffalo, New York. It was the summer home of the Gratwick family and at one time employed more than 20 people to run the estate. Descendants of the Gratwick family still own the estate.

I had a solo picnic among the crimson clover full of bees but I was reminded that even though life is full of all kinds of troubles:

Brewed a cup of Lavender chamomile tea, cozied up to my velvety throw and enjoyed every second of your beautiful video. The lemon against the purple flowers basking in the sunshine. The appreciation you had for the lemon yielding its juice, its gift for all your love and dedication to the care of its tree💛 God has created so many wonderful and amazing things for us to care for and enjoy. I believe He is well pleased with how you cherish His creation♥️👑 When you were in the little chapel and when you were looking up into the heavens, I was thinking about Abba Papa and my daddy. It made my heart fill with joy🤗 and put a few sprinkles on my cheeks🩵 And of course it goes without saying that picnics with puppies are precious🩷🧺 Praying for your sweet momma, my own momma recently broke her leg. Is there anything more peaceful than a day alone in the garden? Just watching you gives me peace. The dog in the wheel barrel was the cutest ever. Watching you walk thriugh that garden you visited made me quite jealous. I so wish I had something close by to walk in that tranquil beauty. And BTW...can I mention how beautiful you looked with your hair down and that billowy white blouse! You praying in the chapel was heartwarming. What a peaceful moment. And who wouldn't love a picnic with that adorable ball of fur! Your salad and little quiche looked like perfect picnic food. Was that cheese or butter with the pansy? Treat yourself special!

Such a lovely video Gwen. The peony trees were so beautiful! When you reached up to the sky with your hand, almost as if touching the Heavens, it brought a tear to my eye. Beautiful nature along with the soothing music is so calming. And, of course, you have the cutest companion for your picnic! Hope your mom is doing better soon. 💗

Oh yes squirrels are my nemesis....That is why I only had one lemon to grow. The squirrels chewed off all my baby lemons. So maddening!🍋

Hi Gwen. Yet another masterpiece. I thoroughly enjoyed this video. So peaceful, calm, tranquil, and delightful as usual. I will be watching it again a few times. Quick question: What's the name of the pinkish/red flower in the meadow that the bees were on? I have noticed many times that you use flowers in your meals. How do you know whether a plant is poisonous or not or what portions to use/eat? Do you research the plant before you eat it? Oh, I love your videography with your hands, seemingly touching the clouds. I also like the way you changed the music to a crescendo when the beauty of nature exploded in your/our soul. Hello, the field of flowers I had a picnic in was crimson clover. I love to include flowers in my food but yes, you do need to be very careful. I make sure it is an edible flower before I eat it! thank you for noticing all the details and for the feed back as it really encourages me and helps me. 🌸🐝🌸

Hi Gwen, I am so thrilled you posted another video, which is truly beautiful in everyway! Awe the kiss on the lemon made it sweet. Your Lilacs are so pretty , I wish my look like that maybe its the plant type? The view where you had your picnic was breath taking, and your lunch looked yummy!
