You can change the products and their quantity according to your taste preferences.
- Chicken legs - 4 pcs.
- Canned tomatoes - 200 g.
- Onion - 1 head.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.
- Red pepper - 1 tbsp.
- Salt to taste.
- Sugar - 2-3 pinches.
- Black pepper - to taste.
- Sunflower oil - 7 tbsp.
- Fresh parsley - 1/2 link.
- Water or broth - 1-2 tsp.
- Marinate the thighs with salt, ground black pepper to taste and sunflower oil.
Cut the onion and garlic.
Fry the thighs on both sides until golden and remove them from the pan.
- In the oil from the thighs, fry the chopped onion for about three minutes on moderate heat. Add the garlic and then the tomatoes. 2-3 pinches of sugar to reduce the acidity of the tomatoes and leave under a lid until the water evaporates from the tomatoes.
- Add one or two spoons of flour and fry lightly. Then fry the red pepper for 30-40 seconds and add the water or broth. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Place the thighs in the sauce and cook on low heat for 14-15 minutes.
- Turn the thighs to the other side and cook over low heat until done and the sauce is the desired thickness.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with a side dish of your choice.
