I didn’t get Comedy Central back then, so this is the first I’ve heard of their Shocktober. To me, Shocktober is just a sale that one of the local auto parts stores had on suspension parts. XD
That “Kid Dracula” game is the one where you fight a klansman. That’s probably not the reason it was never released outside of Japan, though. It’s a good game, and changing an enemy sprite would’ve been easy enough, but it was released rather late in the Famicom/NES’s run (June 1990). The Super Famicom was only a few months away and the SNES was released just over a year later. On top of that, Nintendo used to put limits on how many games a publisher could release in a year (so that they were less likely to put out crap), so it probably just didn’t make sense for Konami to release a Castlevania spin-off with a very Japanese art style for a dying platform in North America or Europe. It was too big of a risk.
When I was like 5 or 6, Goldar came to my school and did like a PSA about overcoming the ghetto. Imagine my disappointment to find out Goldar was just a jaimaican new Yorker with dreds who had a DUI he had to work off.

You can make all sorts of great flavor combinations by flattening a Tootsie and wrapping it around the Starburst. Corona beer is lame. The lime isn't for flavour BTW, it was to keep the flies away in Mexico, because they hate the citrus. But people do it now just for a weird tradition and like Lewie they say it adds to the flavour. It doesn't. Also any beer you have to add fruit to is not a beer lol.
