Excellent simple good meal. I'd skip the Yorkshire Pudding and make an exploding can of buttermilk biscuits. Just as good, maybe better, and way easier. My only gripe is that it's a crime not to oil and salt a baked potato. The result done that way is markedly better than just a plainly dry baked potato. Salud!
