I work in the customer care for one of the top public sector bank & all i hear is abuses from customer regarding branch service & behave of officials there. It's better to privatise public banks only then the officials will take their customer seriously.

I myself work in RRB as an assistant manager 😅most of my customers are uneducated and living their lifes depending on government scheme money and 80 to 90 % of SHG and MSME loans are given on the basis consumption without any security in case of the near situated PSB Union bank scenario is also not very different😅.....only fools will think privatization is a great idea....and also most of the banks are very strict about their complaining policies nowadays.....if they receive any complaints against u ur increment will be stopped and u might even get suspended....BTW are you a daily wadger?😂just asking

@@halfblood5567 iske liye jimmedar govt hai. Public banks ka customer base private se bahot jyada hai. Lekin public banks ko jyada staff hire karne nahi dete. Public service should be the primary goal rather than profit. Infrastructure bhi itna ghatiya rehta hai. It's not viable in every branch for the staff to eat lunch in rotation. Privatisation hoga toh salary bhi kam hogi, kam bhi badhega jo pehle se hi bahot jyada hai. In sab me employees ki wat lagti hai jo general public ko nahi dikhta

Aur agar bank ko profit hoga toh bank aur customer ko loan dega.. aur customer is loan ko invest karega jisee economy grow hoga... jo efficient and productive employees hai unko jaldi promotion milega... Aur jo employee unproductive (allsi) hai unko nikal dega.. allsi logo ka koi jaga nahi hai is desh mai
