Maybe the braided graphite and the basalt add too much weight for the lighter models. The larger head sizes might also be more stable due to higher twist weight so don’t need as much stabilization technology

Good point. Players who use the lighter rackets usually don't generate that much power with their body and technique, so they don't need technology that kind of blends the swing power and control all together for the ultimate feel. And the lighter frames are as you mentioned also stiffer and more stable by their nature so there is no need to enhance it even more. Maybe those people would not benefit from it and it could even make their game worse. But who knows? Only the engineers in Wilson know the secret recipe.

Are you sure that 100l doesn´t have basalt? The description in Wilson web mention basalt.

Yes I'm sure. That's a mistake in the description. If you look at the technology it's not there, it's missing. I also checked the catalogue for insiders/shops and it's the same. In the technology description the braided graphite + basalt is only for both 98 versions, version 104, 98S and surprisingly for 101L.

Yeah, it's not a common stick to hit with but I'm also very curious about it and I hope one day, one day I will hit with a Blade Pro just to feel the difference.
