Open to any Summernats entrant, the Haltech Horsepower Heroes gives everyone the opportunity to strap their car onto the MPW dyno and let it rip! With the top 3 from every class going to battle in finals, we saw records broken, big power and awesome builds.

That RB is making more hp than most engines 2x the size. Holding together at 79Psi aint no joke! RPM is key though, this thing only starts making power where most engines are already hitting limiter, then running it out to ~11,000rpm

Slight shame that there isn't a 4cyl/rotary category, I know it's not likely to bring high powers, but the smaller motors still be included I say

@FullyAirconditioned nah there was no category or awards for 4cyl/rotary, you could still enter but there were no prizes/classes/competition to compete in.

Saturday there was two rotary, RX4 13b turbo that did 510hp and a rodeo Ute with a 13b turbo that did 760hp

The 2504 hp run recorded by MAKDDY is the outright record for any Horespower Heroes competitor. There have been higher recorder numbers. Although due to those not being Summernats entrants they were deemed exhibition passes.

Bring back the rotary class, there was a 13b turbo rodeo Ute that made 760hp on the Saturday but no class for rotary 🤷‍♂️

There's nothing Holden about that engine, it's barley an RB Full billet block with some 2jz architecture, I think the only thing RB might be the head casting

@dazza8389 ya probably shouldn't comment on something you clearly have no idea about Since when did Holden make make a good 6cyl.......NEVER, and this one shares NOTHING with the Nissan RB30 that Holden used, not one single element You'd have to be a complete muppet to call it a Holden engine And yes Nissan and BRE have topped the barra (for now)
