Loved seeing the All Agro in person, personal highlight for me..... that things a star! And as for knocking Taylor off the top spot..... Too right Fil! The distinctive whine of those gearbox's combined with that awesome tire melody.... I could identify a CWO1 with my eyes closed! That was one fast Allegro eh mate? It's always a good laugh up at the figure of eight..... lots more cars to put round there over the summer, but for now the legend that is Peter Smith currently sits at the top of the leader board! Cheers Mads, it was great to hook up with Peter..... and we all had a blast!!! Yeah man, things are hotting up.... I'm gunning for the top of that board- I have a 3995 kv brushless in my RC10 B6. 2 locked and loaded ready for the next instalment, the Yodas going darkside! 😂 The general has major issues and could be out of action for some time. The prop shaft bearing had seized, the prop Cup has melted to the bearing and the spur shaft and self destructed, this in turn made it jump out of mesh! 😬 Been attempting to strip it all down but the hex heads have all sheared so need to be drilled out! Also, the tires have all shredded. The old boy needs a lot of time and money thrown at him, something I just don't have at the moment mate! Possibly a winter project? Anyway, glad you enjoyed it mate, lots more coming over the summer. Cheers for watching as always dude. 😊 👍 👍 👍

I think that you will find that everyone endulged in some 'Kurbing' that night mate!! But, that particular one really is magnetic to rc cars.... It sticks out quite a way directly after the fastest straight, before then going into a sharp right angle left turn, not easy at those speeds dude! 😂 But yeah, didn't Peter do well..... he fitted in very well with the greenies! The All agro did eventually end up with a broken servo saver, as did the monster beema, and the blitzer. I need to take out shares in Tamiya servo savers I think 🤔! Hi Addam! Yes, it was a great evening mate, a good time had by all...... and a real blessing it kept dry! Very valid info regarding the Fazers tires, it suffers severe torque steer just like the TTO2, and grip is definitely an issue...... But that's the least of it's worries right now! The bearing on the spur gear shaft connecting to the prop shaft seized, and the prop Cup melted to the shaft.....leading to the prop shaft jumping about all over the place resulting in the spur gear un meshing with the pinion gear! 🤕 It's not a pretty sight..... currently in many bits on the kitchen work top! This one could be out of action for a while, many new parts needed.... and parts availability for kyosho over here isn't great! Guessing the resistance from the frozen bearing was what kept putting it into limp mode. Oh well, plenty of other runners in the fleet! Thanks for stopping by matey. 😊 👍 👍 👍

@@AddamsPlayground Yeah man, Kyosho really need to improve their parts availability.... and not just in the UK by the sounds of things! At least I finally know why it's been going into thermal cut out so often for so long now. I'm guessing the bearing has been seized for some time. Tempted to just buy a new Fazer chassis kit, and strip this one down for donor parts? Time will tell..... another project to the list, but you know only too well about that one don't you?! 😉 👍 👍 👍

Yeah I run all sorts from cheap Chinese aliexpress specials through to 1/8 rally cars and traxxas and arrma basher. I've got a tt02 I went a little mad with which might be perfect for tesco once I've got some better compound tyres. And yes, the TTO2 would be great around here if fitted with some contact foams..... this surface has very poor grip, and we know only too well from the TTO2 speed challenge last year just how much torque steer that chassis has!! 😂 We got ours up to 51 mph on a 3995 kv brushless on 3s.....but boy that thing was a handful!! 😂 Well, your welcome down any time mate..... be great to meet up. @@RCMadUK Sorry mate,Taylor didn't answer your question in his reply there.....🤷‍♀️ The rules are pretty basic really: You simply have to just do 8 Laps as fast as you can! The choice of car/motor/battery is totally up to the driver,no restrictions. (the fastest cars don't necessarily do better we have often found,grip is the key!) If you ever fancy coming down for a go at getting some times on the board then give me a shout fella,you're more than welcome! We usually do the time trials over the Autumn /winter months as the car park is floodlit,it gives us a means of still getting out /making content when it's dark by 4pm! 😁 👍 👍 👍

I wouldn't at all put it past Taylor slipping her a fiver..... he's been very defensive of that top spot! Poor girl was obviously very distracted by the 'little' car whizzing around..... Ah man, sorry to disappoint! The blitzer is featured in the other video in the race and general bash. This session was more to feature Peter Smiths cars as a guest appearance. But fear not, the Blitzer will be having a go on forthcoming sessions. Along with many others :- BMW 318 STW TAO2 RC10 B6. 2 TURBO PANTHER TRF TOP FORCE TOP FORCE EVO CLOD BUSTER OPTIMA MID 60TH TTO2 DTO1 ASTUTE...... And many more kits once I've had time to build them! Unfortunately the General went into limp mode after just a few laps, gutted! 😕 This cars been ragged hard for over two years, and now needs a full rebuild. The prop shaft bearing had seized, resulting in the prop cup melting to the spur shaft..... which then caused it to jump out of mesh as the prop shaft flapped about all over the place! 😬 I'm pretty sure this caused excess drain on the motor and esc, and resulted in limp mode cutting in. The General is currently in bits! But, Peter Smith, our guest for the day done a lot better with his cars so all good! A great evening had by all. Cheers for watching fella. 😊 👍 👍 👍
