It's beautiful, perfect for a younger person or couple to have a very good life in a lovely location. I felt so sorry for the friendly, lonely cat - hopefully someone is living there!
A nice property. Daytime living is preferable with natural light, bedrooms do not need light and views. Ground floor needs more windows, personally i would have reversed the accommodation with daytime living upstairs. What sort of offers are being accepted. In UK at least 10% less than asking price in the current market.
Thank you for your comment! There is no rule for making an offer. Sometimes if a property is much wanted, people even want to offer more than the asking price.
