Yes,, this actually works. And it is a good exercise because you will spend the night turning from left to right, and right to left. It takes calories to do so yah.
Whenever I have stuffed nose (which hardly happens now) I drink anything hot, most times lemon and ginger. After 15/20 minutes I use elevated pillows and lie flat on my back. I discovered this way, unclogs both nostrils.
Omg, I tried everything but this worked like a champ after laying here for a second. I couldn't find the position but just laying here for a second definitely worked!
Oh my God thank you I've been up for two hours past the time I wanted to go to bed because of my stuffy nose I was blowing and blowing and doing everything it wasn't working I look up videos I pulled out my nose and this helped so much instant thank you
Another EXCELLENT RU-vid that goes with the AMAZING EFFECTIVE Drain Sinus & Clear Stuffy Nose in 1 Move.. under Motivatonaldoc. Thank you as the sinus problems can be unbearable.
No, my left nose is clogged only when i lie down and sleep leftside, So I learned the trick of sleeping on the right naturally or on my back. Recently doctors were saying we should sleep on the left because of your other body organ positions.
Throughout my childhood, I never experienced any complications when boarding planes, like no pain or discomfort at all. However, the last time I traveled by plane (around 1 year ago), I suffered from extreme headaches and intense pressure all over my ears and head throughout the entire flight due to my allergies and sinus problems (I had allergies from dust/fur and I suffered frequently from runny nose/blocked nostrils/stuffy feeling in the face). This pressure blocked my ears and nose, and the pain persisted even after I left the airport and arrived home. Both ears and nose were COMPLETELY blocked and my head felt like it's about to explode. Desperate to relieve the pain, I laid down on my bed with my head upside down and my face against the pillow and it's crazy how five minutes later, the pressure disappeared quickly, and I could feel my ears opening up and the pain fading almost instantly! My ears even made some popping/drum noises. Honestly, it was one of the best feelings ever.
I agree. But my son is having problem. He snores because of blocked nose. To sleep he has to breath through his mouth. Most nights he does'nt sleep because he is blowing his nose. Even then he continues to have blocked nose.
doc. after all this time, one of these finally worked. I have coronavirus at the moment, and it sucks. I literally could not breathe, and i tried this. this really helped so much. thank you doc :)
No, my left nose is clogged only when i lie down and sleep on my left, So I learned the trick of sleeping on the right naturally or on my back and have slept on leftside for the last 15 years. Recently doctors were saying we should sleep on the left because of your other body organ positions- especially after having meal. I know i should turn right sleep, but i cannot .
Lymphatic massage around forehead & eyes back to the ear & down to the clavicle & from cheeks back to the ear & down to the clavicle(collarbone) drains or clears the sinuses.
Uh yeah, when I do this it just clogs the opposite side. I have to use nose spray every night before I go to bed. I suffer from clogged nose whenever I lay down. It's terrible. And I read somewhere that the more you use the nose spray with the active ingredient that starts with an "O"the longer you have to use it. It helps me tremendously though. 🤷♀️
I use saline solution few drops in my nose every day I drink my tea made out of fresh ginger and 3 garlic clove when it cool off add some real honey No more stuffy one side sinus
I wake up every morning with my nose stuffed up. I been off afrin for 4 months, but my allergies so bad I needed a few squirts last night. I hate using that spray, but it's the only thing that allows me to breathe easier
@@willedwards841 I use sometimes Vicks vaporub Rub it on top of my nose not inside the nostrils Get relief instantly Old fashion but work for me My mom remedies for everything 😂😂
My nose has been inflamed for over a year(which irritates my lungs…the more inflamed my nose is the more inflamed my lungs are)and my allergist said I no longer have allergies( not sure about that) and my PCP said she doesn’t know what’s causing the inflammation. Also my ENT said I don’t have any polyps or structural issues that could cause the inflammation(he suggests sinus surgery). It’s so annoying and my prescribed medication doesn’t seem to help(Flonase, Azelastine, and Dulera). The only time my nose gets clear is when I use Dristen(oxymetazoline), but I can only use it for about 2 days because it cause bad rebound congestion. I’ve tried just about everything under the sun from natural to prescription 😩
From what you said, it sounds like there might be something in your home that might be causing it. Perhaps your hvac system has mold or a lot of dust in it. The more you breath in, the more of your respiratory system gets affected. Id pay attention to see if the problem gets better or worse in certain locations. When you're out shopping, do you feel better? Do you then get worse when coming home? Ask yourself these questions
@@magnanimus9692 I live in an apartment and my previous apartment had mold, but I was moved to a different unit. I was thinking a possible mold issue also. I don’t feel noticeably better when I’m away from home, but I do feel more uncomfortable at home(some days are better than others). I also have a air purifier in every room. I asked my doctor previously is there anyway my blood could be checked for mold, but she said no. My previous allergy tests showed a reaction to mold, but my most recent test showed no reaction to anything…I honestly think my system was not fully rid of antihistamines when I took my most recent test. My allergist said “you’re getting better you have no more allergies”(I definitely don’t feel better I feel worse). He said since I no longer have allergies I have non allergic rhinitis
Tysm! I’ll follow u for more information I was suffering a really annoying uncomfortable nose all day untill I saw ur video it works but now it sounds like I have boogers but I’ll just blow my nose ty!
Fill your bathtub with hot steamy water. Dip your nose in the water and wait. For some reason putting your head in water clears your nose so well. I did this all the time during Winter and Spring. A swimming pool helps a lot to. I've noticed that nobody talks about this solution.
2Tbs ACV with 1tsp Pink Himalayan salt in 1 Cup warm water (morning routine but can use at bedtime) Follow the 1st cup with a cup of clear water to rinse ACV from your teeth. Works for me 👍
What if you lay on your left side and blow your right side of your nose and you lay on your right side and blow the left side of your nose?😮 I’m wondering if that would work too?😊
Wow... it really is working. Barely watch this video because I am so stuffed up and I have a bad headache. Thank you for this information it really does help I can’t believe it. :)
Step 1. Take a deep breath. Step 2. have 2 fingers squeeze nostrils. Step 3. Bring your head back while holding your breath. Step 4. Exhale straighten your neck. hope it work 💪
nice video doc, but please suggest what to do in cases where the person is able to sleep only on back? example like in PE [pulmonary embolism, clots in lungs and painful to sleep on sides]. even sleeping on back is difficult at times, pls make a video on this as well.
