@@SimpleNursing i’m totally changing my career doing something completely different now and so I’m going to school to be a heart monitor tech. And I start my class in April and I’ve been watching RU-vid videos on these and they’re hard and I want to pass the first time, and I want to be great and do great. and I just I look at these and I watch different videos and some of them look the same and so it looks just very very very hard. And I want to be very very great at it.

@@starlite710 hey I’m starting a class next month and I’m watching these videos and it looks really really hard. I’m doing something completely different that I’ve done most of my life it’s completely opposite of what I’m doing and I really want to do this and help people in other ways, and but that I look at these ( Iv watched diffent videos ) …grasp the stuff about the heart but these kg waves are hard … I’m glad u passed :)

And the truth is as long as the person is stable for the minute they see you they are fine and need to leave so none of those matter as if they aren’t dying right there they don’t matter in the medical field.

When I saw my rhythm of mine, it looked to weirder then what's shown. It looked normally consistent when I was complete calm, but erratic when I was talking, etc.

I learned this saying from another nurse RU-vidr. "Defib for VFib and Pulseless VTach. Don't defib Asystole, you won't get them back."

Asystole and ventricular tachycardia with a pulse don't shock because heart is still beating in some way, shape, or form so cardiovert. Don't defib

Defib without a pulse in ventricular tachycardia because it is not important if you land on the qrs. Shocking is used to stop the heart not start it
