THAAAAAAAAAANK YOOOOOOUUUU!!!! This is the only video that worked for us! New Fire Stick worked with the new remote fine, but we couldn't unpair the old remote from the TV. For two weeks we had TWO tiny remotes to keep track of. (RME) We are SO going to order that remote case now as well! OX!🎉

It worked. I had to do it several times for it to work but the problem was corrected by pressing the home button key and then going into my settings menu and then clicking home again.

Thanks this is great. It worked first time. Deleted my old tv from the remote and added the new one. All the other help forums online were useless, saying unplugging this and pressing 3 buttons at the same time for so many seconds. Nothing worked till I tried your very quick and simple method.
