If you come to Pennsylvania let us know and maybe we can meet up! Either way when you come you have to go to Shady Maple Smorgasbord in East Earl. It is in Lancaster County (home to a large population of Amish and PA Dutch) and is the largest buffet in the USA. It is also near towns called Intercourse, Blue Ball, and Bird-in-Hand which makes for great pictures :)
