Ingredients for Lamb Soup Seasoned with Egg and Sour Cream:
For the lamb meat soup:
- 1.5-2 kg lamb meat and bones;
- 4 liters cold water;
- 1 large carrot;
- 1 parsley root;
- 1/2 medium celery;
- 2 medium onions;
- 1 tablespoon salt;
- 1 level tablespoon peppercorns;
- 1 tip of hot pepper;
Ingredients for lamb soup (6 liters of soup):
- Boiled meat;
- 3-3.5 liters lamb meat soup;
- 150-200 gr carrot, cut into cubes;
- 100-150 gr celery, cut into cubes;
- 100-150 gr parsley root, cut into cubes;
- 2 finely chopped onions;
- 1 bunch (5-6 strands) fresh garlic;
- 1 bunch green onion (5-6 strands);
- 1 bunch fresh dill;
- 1 bunch fresh parsley;
- 2-3 bunches fresh lovage;
- 300 ml tomato juice, or a tablespoon of tomato paste;
- 300 gr fat sour cream;
- 1 Kapia pepper, or red bell pepper;
- 50 ml apple vinegar, or to taste;
- 2 whole eggs;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 15-20 ml sunflower oil;
