I am looking at doing a 30x30x14. It's going to be my automotive shop at home with a lift in it. I'm in Louisiana. Can you think of any reason why it would be better for me to go with a red iron beam instead of the tubing? I plan to put plywood walls also to help strengthen it. Just thought I would ask since your building is the kind I was looking at. Thanks.
No, I really can't. Of course it would be stronger however much, much more expensive. A 30x40 here like that was going to cost $240000 to $28000. If you were going industrial then maybe but otherwise no.
@@BOSSC351sProductions thanks for getting back with me. About to start a contract with Carolina and you now have me questioning my self on how i should do the slab. But for code here in florida we have to have a 12x12 footer for the entire perimeter.
