It probably depends on skin type because mine dried down completely and after a while it didn't even feel like it was there. "It's so bad" is pretty clickbaity, "It doesn't work for me" would probably be more honest. Also when something is fragrance-free that's specifically referring to perfumes that would cause irritation to somebody with sensitive skin. Raspberry ketone doesn't fall under that category so no it should not be referred to as a fragrance.
Hi Jan! Thank you for your comment & concerns. Skincare is different for everyone (what may work for you may not work for me). I did not love the product, therefore it was a “bad” sunscreen for my skin. Nothing clickbaity if i’m stating my honest truth. As for the raspberry ketone, I half agree it’s not considered a fragrance. However, if you can smell the raspberries, it’s a scent. But to each their own 🤷♂️
@@Jetvinchy thank you for doing these videos it’s refreshing to have somebody who isn’t doing a review on a product that’s been sent to them because they want them to send the more product or have been paid by the company to say something good! I’m always in search for a good SPF because I have lupus and eczema and can’t be in the sun for even 30 seconds without my face turning into a complete tomato on my cheeks! That’s one thing I hate about sunscreens I have discolouration and some uneven texture along with really dry skin so any type of SPF that makes me look really accentuate all of that and I tend not to want to use it but then it’s catch 22 you’re making it worse if you don’t so a lot of the time I’ll put sunscreen on but don’t even wanna go outside because of how terrible I feel I look!!!😢
1:45 this is not true at all I have struggled to find SPS with my skin for years and I have extremely dry skin and there’s no way that they’re moisturizing enough it also depends on where are you are in the world what your climate is ect and I’ve had lots of SPFs that have dried me out like crazy!

You are harming a brand just because it doesn’t work for YOU. I have oily skin and absolutely love this sunscreen. You need to be more responsible in your word choices. Not just in your headlines but also in your videos. Dry skin people don’t need sunscreen??? That makes NO sense at all. Sunscreen protects you from the SUN. Please do better in the future.
Thanks for giving an honest and in-depth review. I can tell that you tried to be really fair in your assessment. I've reached the point in my skincare enthusiast era that I'm not open to trying new sunscreens. I stick to Kroger's 3 sunscreens, and that's all the versatility I need in my life. They're also great under makeup. You may like the Kroger Invisible Gel Sunscreen. It does have a silicone base so beware of that if you're not into that texture. It doesn't feel heavy like it's sitting on top of the skin though. Looking forward to seeing more of your content!
Thank you Cho! I definitely gave it a fair judgement. What?!? Kroger makes sunscreen?! I don’t have a Kroger near but I may have to make the drive to one. I’m guessing the invisible gel sunscreen feels similar to Super Goop Unseen or the Trader Joe’s invisible sunscreen since it has a silicone base. Its on my bucket list to try out now haha! @@Jetvinchy Yes, the Kroger Invisible Gel is a dupe of Supergoop's Unseen Screen. They even say so on the front of the package. Kroger has no shame in their game, honey! I'm also loving Kroger's dupe of Glowscreen. They're coming for Supergoop's necks! You may want to check to see if you have a Kroger subsidiary nearby. A common one is Ralph's I think? They carry the sunscreen too.
Same! I bought it and am so disappointed. It never dried down on my skin and I felt like my bb cream could slide around all day. It's terrible and also ended up irritating my skin.

Finally! I thought I was the only person in the world who’s not thrilled with this sunscreen. My makeup moves around, my pores are accentuated, and there’s pilling with my other skincare. And when I rub I through my skin I feel a gritty texture like sand..unless that’s the pilling I’m feeling! Definitely not one of my faves and I also have oily skin..not for the oily skin gals
Thanks for sharing. I also have oily skin and am easily overwhelmed by the smell of sunscreens. I'll keep hunting for a good sunscreen for oily skin and that doesn't leave a white cast. Hopefully you can recommend a good one since we have similar skin types!
mine didn't have any raspberry smell which is interesting. I haven't worn it with makeup so I hope it doesn't pill. Luckily I don't wear makeup every single day. I have oily skin and I personally love it. It is definitely and emollient texture and is something oily skin types gotta try out before knocking it.
If it messes up makeup, then what's the point. I'd get a large body sunscreen over a tiny bottle of lotion if I didn't care about how it wears under makeup.
I’m not kidding when I say that this was probably one of the worst sunscreen experiences I’ve ever had. It dries down immediately upon application and becomes sticky and tacky which makes it nearly impossible to work in. I wish more skin- influencers would stop being afraid to critique any Naturium product. I think they make some great products, but not every single one can be a winner.

Ooooh. Just in time for summer! I see why this would not be a good oily skin option. I'm totally down for a raspberry scented face but cant do scented AND oily. That's too much. Im going on a trip to San Diego in a couple of weeks and need a sunscreen that plays well with spf. I'm currently testing my current SPFs and my most mattifying primers and foundations to see if theres a combo that works. Wish me luck! And of course keep the great content coming! Each time I feel like you bring more personality and make it feel like your sitting on my bathroom counter talking to me while I get ready. I know this is true especially when I talk back at you! ❤️

@@Jetvinchy Yikes!!! That is terrible. 😳 I'm trying all my supergoop SPFs (play, unseen, glow screen) and one from sun bum. So far they all seem to make my face look greasy around the 6-8 hour mark but the glow screen makes me look like I have radiant skin while powdered and is my fave so far. Even when I don't wear SPF and I'm wearing makeup at night though, I still feel pretty greasy around hour 6-8 so it seems like the SPFs are not the issue anyway and I just have oily combo skin that needs babying with some powder. The best touch up strategy for me has just been to blot and then touch up with fenty blotting powder.
@@lestherpapa1150 ohhh right. I think you told me about it last time. Yeah most of Super goop sunscreen is a bit greasy for me. You should try Super Goop matte sunscreen next. I brought and omg it keep my face pretty matte. It has a tint so I’ve been using as a foundation on my skin. I’m so glad you still using the blot powder from Fenty. I need to repurchase a new one.
@@Jetvinchy Ooooh I almost got the matte sunscreen! The only reason why I didn't is because it's ashy on me and so I'd HAVE to wear makeup to cover the dustiness. 🤣
