Only thing goofy is Western delusions about the DPRK, his visit is so coloured by Western propaganda it's not even funny, it's just sad. He sees something entirely mundane and ordinary but chooses to not believe his own eyes and instead makes up some deluded scheme that he presents as facts. This video as well is just more of the same. I would've thought soldiers helping with agriculture would be seen as better than them training for a war that will hopefully never happen but it seems not. (not that the Korean war has actually properly ended though, wasn't enough for the US to genocide 20% of the population and literally raze every city to the point of there being no more bombing targets left in the country, gotta keep the genocidal blockade up as well...)
