This week's cooking diary is - How To Make Dalgona Coffee At Home. I know it is a long-overdue video, and all the huss and fuss about Dalgona coffee is almost gone now.
On that note, I will not let any food/drink trending stopping me from sharing this luxurious and absolutely yummy coffee with you guys.
In making this video, I have made one silly mistake. I have switch one of the most important ingredients, which is Sugar, to SALT!! Haha. I guess I am easily fooled by the texture of superfine sugar and salt in my house.
That's called a drastic change in my house where I immediately switch up the sugar and salt container.
But anyway, I hope you guys enjoy the video. I do have a good laugh when editing this.
How To Make Dalgona Coffee At Home
Ingredients :
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp hot water
300ml milk
some ice
Method:
a. In a bowl put in,
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp hot water
b. Then blend the mixture. Occasionally scrape it.
c. In a big glass, add ice and milk.
d. Pour in the coffee mixture.
e. It's kinda hard at first, but slowly it will be diluted.
Then you have it, a fancy coffee at home!
