I'm playing a bombardment deck right now as well, and I run 2 unlicensed hearse to fight against graveyard shenanigans, and to control my own graveyard as well. Exile unwanted instant/ sorcery to increase the chance or guarantee target instant sorcery hit is pretty nice.

I'm a FTP MTGA player, so I have a response to CGB's comment on price tag: I typically have one of two mindsets when watching your videos: A) heh lul that's real cool, I'm glad I can watch this happen, or B) OH that's real cool, I might have the wildcards to play this myself. If you say "low cost", then I'm probably in B, especially when you showcase a cool deck that matches my playstyle. I love both mindsets but get a little salty when i'm in B and find there are more rares or mythics than I expected, especially when I'm not sure where to cut. I think that your suggested cuts at 4:08 are _very_ helpful. I don't think that you need to do that for every video (I mean, what do you cut for a superfriends deck??), but it's handy when you suggest that a deck is low cost. Love your videos, your educational content, and the variety you bring to YT every day. You're also cool.

my son got me into magic but cgb has kept me into magic for over 2 years now. and I don't plan on stopping, I love this game, the community and content creators like cgb. please don't stop making content my man. take your vacations but stick around a while

I was Willis at 18:47. I knew I had lost about 4-5 turns before I actually lost but was hoping to make into the video for the sheer fact of playing it out. Disappointed I got matched up with you and played mono white, I let the dojo down. GG though.

Mono White and Boros run Hopeful Initiate that can deal with an enchantment, though I doubt that really matters with the amount of removal in this deck.

Arcane Bombardment has been my favorite build-around/jank since the days of shark typhoon and Karn from War. I've been playing bombardment with Opus since the set released

Ive recently been experimenting with an izzet bombardment deck that uses sorceror class, its final level works really well with bombardment and the mana from burn down the house devils is very nice.

I’ve been running a rakdos bombardment deck since I saw CGBs Izzet bombardment a few weeks ago. It’s really run and I’m likely to do some tweaks for this but I have no creatures at all. I make pests, devils and vampires with “hunger for more”. The opponent usually quits by the time I’m summoning lifelink vampires as surprise blockers but it is satisfying. (Note I am running the red wildfire card which sometimes is just for the card draw but the basic check can sometimes end a match early) I’m always tempted to put Invoke Despair in but it suck’s to get the bombardment down and not have a cheap spell to get it spinning for those times when the B/W exile spell hits it. There’s a nice black “kami” spell for forcing your opponent to sac enchantments or creatures. (Though expensive at 2 and a black)

Playing this list now. You have unleashed a monster 👹 Definitely worth crafting most of them. I did swap in 2 Olivia -2/-2/-13/-13 cards instead of 1 Fable and 1 extra Mountain

No one expects Rakdos spellslinger, despite having the best removal around in this midrange pile meta.

That deck FELT like a CGB classic. I can't watch Sonio, I'm all here for that glorious joy you share with us when you win, and even the salt when you don't.

I built that awesome bant land deck you showed off the other day and this rakdos spellslinger deck was my worst matchup Jammed some brokers charms in there right away after that nightmare of a game haha

I like making the kiki copies during their endstep, that way they untap on your turn and you have extra creatures :D

They say Arcane Bombardment is 250% more random than the shuffler and at least 300% more random than the coin toss. All we know is, that cgb videos are 100% entertaining.

Just won the mirror with this deck. Was fun for me, but it was long and grindy, so watch out for that if you have to be somewhere else soon. I credit the win to intro to prophecy in the side instead of teachings. It filtered away two lands for me when I didn’t need it and picked up a burn down the house for me when I needed to follow up the opponent’s mascots. Could have gone the other way.

Well, mono white does have Farewell... At the point your playing bombardment, they're in that same mana range, plus it would eliminate your graveyard from another one anyways. I say this playing an exile tribal deck

been playing Blood on the Snow WBUG super friends with wire tapping/fight rigging to get out more friends, shakedown heavy and legion angel are fight rigging targets, brutal cathar/wedding announcement early game...the games are long, very long, but I usually win, at 9wins straight with it at the moment

Since I am spaming arcane bombardment since the beginnning of this set: you are wrong: every deck has pretty much easy acces to enchantment removal if they want: Angels and Rafine have vanishing verse every deck that contains green runs a copy of boseju many black decks run invoke despair (which is not a problem if you have more than one enchantment, but most of the time, you dont) and boros has hopeful innitate, which can remove 2 +1+1 counters from anywhere to destroy it. the good thing is that most people dont know that it has that ability, so they dont use it, but in theory, they can.

Theres so many more enchantment removal then you mentioned. In fact mono white has 3 ways iirc.

I've been playing Rakdos Bombardment since the start of new meta. I like to see some new ideas as this is VERY good against current standard. Bombardment excels with Invoke dispair more so than Izzet.

it's a fun list you have there... I totally steamrolled it uw magecraft and widespread thieving bombardment but I appreciate the effort

I always love a deck with invoke despair, combining it with bombardment just makes it all the more exciting! So sad when you discarded invoke in the match against Atleta.

If you struggle with proper wildcards to build these decks, I suggest learning to draft. If you do well regularly you'll get most of the cards you need that way, and then only have to craft a few for each deck.

Your videos give me hope that people actually do win by crafting good decks. I have been quite discouraged as I get mana starved/flooded while my opponent seems to pull the perfect build of cards.

I'm a simple man, I see bombardment, I like.

For all of these "We just really need to stay alive until we draw X" decks in Black, I love March of Wretched Sorrow. It gets expensive, but "Destroy target creature, gain X life" is just incredible at carrying us across another 1-2 turns, especially when we can also exile some lower value Black spells, such as eg a lesson

Cram session might be pretty good for survivability as well.

Why did you choose the blue lesson when you can pick the scrying colorless one ? Is it not safer to be sure ti cry 2, draw one instead of gambling on the number of cards in the opponent's hand ?

Literally every deck I play against with this is either boros burn with the nut draw or has ways to remove enchantments.

As for the early plays you want voldaren and shambling ghast then you get grisly sigil and voltage surge and blood chief thirst and low key hidden tech against raffine is heated debate
