@@Mint-qi9kx I remember when I used to be scared of sleeping alone too - it feels like a part missing from you and you just have that empty feeling inside of you. It seems like the dark is swallowing you up and the quietness is so quiet it begins to frighten, but think of sleeping alone as a time for you & yourself. If you have trouble falling asleep alone, I like to reflect on my day or repeat a song lyrics to help me fall asleep. But find a way that will help you fall asleep best ! Sweet dreams 🤍
