Malcom XiZ Wow. Two years fighting to keep her in my life. On day 5 of no contact. It is so hard. So good to know that time will help. Accepting that no contact is for me, not to get her back. Sounds exactly like my situation... + he told me that he suddenly has no romantic feelings for me anymore...I didn't answer him for 5 weeks now though. Doesn't seem to bother him. Even in his last message you could see that he never saw nor appreciated the efforts I made and prefers to be more in the "victim" position. I learned a lot about me and about the stuff I want to work on. I also realised that it doesnt matter how much I understand the situation and how much I woke up...if he doesnt wake up, it will all be the same toxic outcome.

Thank you for the video! I already replied in another video from 1 year ago named: "What your ex is feeling during NO CONTACT", but this is actually what I needed. Because Im at a point where something happened, where the person I love is now taking distance from me, while I tried to as I think in relationships is good to try to talk to grow together. but this person of who'm I only have 4,5 months of relationship (my second one. My first one was 12 years, and very different), is doing these things the opposite from what Im used to. Because Im used to fixing something together and talking. But Im at the point where that person who I love was replying back less and less. And Im really at that point where I cannot pursway that person although I have put every single proper argument and positiveness on the table, but the person only says "I don';t know" and then nothing. So I can't do anything in any case anymore, But these 2 video's definitely gives me the insight that I should take my power back for starters. I literally let that power be taken away from me in a way, while with every reason I can think off, not knowing why that person wasn't to be reasoned with. And hence instead of backing off, I tried saying things for us to have the power to change all. I haven't said that things are all my fault and take all kinds of blames on me. That I haven't, but the fact alone that I was too continuous good willing while she wasn't budging, does make me feel I did give some of my power away. So these video's are absolutely welcoming.

It's been two weeks since she broke up with me. I started the no contact rule about four days in but my mistake was that I snapchatted alot with her bestfriend because we where good friends. But my ex texted me a long messege telling me to stop texting her friend about her and she got mad and told me if I needed to know something i should contact her. I told her i respected her wills and I no longer talk about my ex with her bestfriend. She also told me that in this state there is no chance of getting back togheter and that really hurt. She has told her bestfriend that she thinks I am talking bad about her but I couldn't do that even if i wanted to. I am so scared to lose her so I decided for myself to not talk about her to any of my friends and to not contact her until she contacts me she wants me back. I'll tell ya Edi, I utilized your video's last Summer to help find comfort and solace and ultimately get over a guy through NC (I broke it once in almost 3 months and immediately regretted it). He came back, even after I forgot I had blocked his number, and yes, after I lost feelings for him, yet against the advice of trusted family members and close friends (and better judgment), I got back with him over the Winter. He wanted to rush a relationship but I took it slow. However, by my birthday a few months ago, I was ready to work on forming a strong bond and relationship with him again. He decided then, when I showed interest, to insult me, our past relationship, and told me we should both move on from one another. I politely declined his "friends" offer, and have been in NC for almost two months (de ja vous, I realize). I don't wish ill will on him, I just know to guard my heart, and confidence/self-esteem, a bit more in the future. Edi, I followed your advice on no contact. I hid myself in a doomsday bunker and went radio silent. Didn't go to work, didn't contact my parents, friends, not a soul...
