Great breakdown. Some variables I don’t believe you covered are: 1. Zhang is a southpaw which Parker has little experience with. 2. Zhang has a 45 pound weight advantage and hits like a Mac truck in both hands. How will Parker handle this once he feels it? 3. Zhang is a much more complete fighter than Wilder was. Parker will not be able to get away with some of the things he did with wilder, who was also a much smaller man. Should be a great fight, but I think Zhang lands something that Parker won’t be able to handle and will either stop him or make him run on the back foot.
I think Zhang takes this fight but Parker showed he was able to follow a gameplan for all 12 rounds last fight. Wilder might not have looked great but he still was a massive puncher going into the fight and Parker didn’t deviate from his plan of fighting to win on the cards. Will be interesting fight
My gut says Parker too, but I keep in mind that Wilder didn't really throw anything until late, and even then it was sporadic. Pundits are hyping his run since Joyce but he's beaten 3 suspect fighters, two of whom were cruisers. I like your take that it could end up being a quiet fight
I think I agree with your prediction. I'm still kind of unsure though tbh. Zhang weighed in at 291 lbs which is crazy. How well can he carry that weight if he doesn't get Parker early I don't know.
It's definitely close between these two. Zhang's weight is slightly concerning given his stamina issues in the past. However, he does look in good aesthetic condition.

All the so called hardcores got it wrong about zhang . he lookes in good shape . i picked wilder to loose to parker but i would of picked ruiz or xhang to beat wilder too . never seen parker knock a guy to the other side of the ring zhang is a danger for anybody . parker is a good fighter but i can see joe getting slowed dowm by zhsngs power than hes all zhangs ? . 😢. interesting fight tho hergavich may be beter n tougher than parker dor peaple thinking that fight is a negative a lot thought zhang won ? hes indefeated in my eyes not seen him hurt . the forest fight shoukdnt of been a draw toygh guy forest tho but four knockdowns ? xhsng was in the hosputal for a week with kidney failure but parker had a cof a fewweeks before joyce and thats why he lost 😅 oh ok .
