Adam Montgomery is convicted of murder in the death of his 5-year-old daughter Harmony. Montgomery was also found guilty of second-degree assault, falsifying physical evidence, abuse of a corpse, and witness tampering. "This isn't about winning or losing. This is about a 5-year-old girl that was murdered by her father and I can think of no worse crime," said Manchester Police Chief Allen Aldenberg. Montgomery was not in the courtroom when the verdict was read. He chose not to be in the courtroom for the entirety of the trial.

Greg...Adam said they were in the car for "a couple" days. However they were living in that car for TEN DAYS. He just doesn't want to admit that they were in the car, with the children, in December, in New Hampshire. They were camped out in their drug dealer's parking lot because they cared more about getting high than finding shelter for themselves or their poor kids. Total garbage people.

Interesting how when the detectives mention Kelsey not knowing Adam had a daughter, he states: "she knows I *had* a daughter, I *have* one with Kayla too so she knows I have a daughter." He uses different tenses here. Mixes them in there altogether.. This case seriously gets to me. Hits close to home, not only a local case, but my daughter and Harmony are close in age, similar past family dynamics.. so glad he's in prison. Convicted for the horrible disgusting things he did to that poor girl.

I read background information about this case after I watched your RU-vid video. Montgomery admitted that he hated Harmony "to his core" because she reminded him so much of her mother. He had blackened her eye because she had been fighting with her brother. After he murdered her, this monster hid her body in a duffle bag. I cried thinking of the life that this precious child must have lived. Montgomery's jerky body motions were nerve-racking. When the policeman told him that all of this must be eating him up inside, Montgomery never mentioned that his missing child was eating him alive but that people *telling him* that he couldn't see his wife and other kids was getting to him. I noticed he repeatedly used "and," "so," "but," and a pregnant pause always followed, which I think Montgomery used to buy time. When the police asked him if Harmony was alive, he deflected and then said he wanted an attorney. Personally, I don't think he would ever have admitted killing Harmony because in his mind, she deserved his wrath because to him, it was all Harmony's fault for reminding him of her mother. What a scumbag!! - - Great video for learning body language. -- Scott, I hope your cough goes away soon. - - I sure wish I had known the things you're teaching your viewers when I was just venturing out into life.

Shame, shame, shame on the judge who did zero checks on this monster and required zero follow up on this poor child. It is wickedness promoting opportunity for more of the same by her father

When Mark talks about massaging in between his thumb and forefinger, it is not to be laughed at. That method is exactly what I have used for many years to get rid of any headaches , without the use of drugs. A Japanese friend showed me the correct spot to put pressure upon. It makes a sensation in my head and the headache goes away.

I've never heard of the massage . I was instructed to use the fleshy, meaty part of my hand between my thumb and my pointer.. in and down a bit to where the thumb pad ends a bit inside. I was taught to pinch with the same fingers of my opposite hand. Firmly and steadily. I was surprised. It worked. It wasn't a cure all but I could tell the difference and was greatful.. It's a sort of acupuncture on that pressure point of nerves. AvaDean

There's so many of these cases and there always has been too. I am sure we are just hearing about them now more, with all the reporting, and the true crime You Tube. They are all so horrible. I was saying the same thing about the Timothy Ferguson case too just the other day, that it was the worst. It's like they are all so awful it's impossible to say which is worst. It's like now it's this one, and in a week there will be a new one, and it's too sad to think about. And it's only going to keep getting worse with the laws the way they are and the changes to laws that do nothing to help these situations.

I just have to say... I ADORE Y'ALL!! Love when Scott starts going off (always agree with you), love when Chase cusses (so relatable), love when Greg smiles and laughs (a break from the serious face), love Mark's hair and watching him talk about anything (@ your hairstylist, I'd love to give them a follow)! THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH FOR SHARING ALL OF YOUR KNOWLEDGE WITH THE WORLD!!! Behavior Panel version of a Swiftie here! lol :)

Interesting when Greg got defensive about Chase's comment about their different interrogation techniques. Greg can deny it all he wants but I've been watching the show for years and there's a reason people always comment that they wouldn't want to be interrogated by Greg! lol. Chase goes at things from a deeper, kinder perspective but that doesn't mean he doesn't get the person in the end! I appreciate all 4 of you for your different styles, you don't have to deny who you are and even if you do, we can see right through it because, well..... you taught us how. ;)

Such a horrendous case. They lived in the car for two weeks and poor Harmony was obviously so traumatised she could not control her bladder and this monster punched her repeatedly and killed her. The reason five at the shelter is an issue is because he and his wife took Harmony there after she had died in a duffle bag and he hid her in the ceiling. Truly monstrous what he did before and after she died. Fortunately the jury found him guilty of her murder despite the fact her poor little body has never been found. So tragic 😥

How I loved this one to watch! You were great💪So were the cops! I love to watch interrogations and, especially now that I am learning so much about them by you guys in the last couple of years. Even in English!😁I love the methods which being used and the layers they contend to end up in a confession, hopefully! I can say that this one also be in my top 3, along with the interrogations of "colonel" Russel Williams and Chris Watts. I can't say it more often: Thank you so much for all your time! I really appreciate that! ❣

He hit Harmony over 15 times with a closed fist! Then he hit her in between traffic lights! He would cover her with a blanket so ppl wouldnt see the bruises. Kayla testified that after he killed her, and before he put her in the duffle Kalya said her face was black and blue and her eyes were swollen shut! Adam is nothing but a monster who beat his innocent daughter, Harmony to death! Sub human!
