It's a great product I take it with coq10 and Zeo Lite. I have a CDL A and when I take a drug test they always have to send it in for more tests because my test is so clean .

I worry that if i take it that it will stir up the heavy metals in my body and make things worse

The synthetic chelators could do that, deplete minerals, and cause a huge sudden change. Natural substances like fulvic acid and zeolite are safe and work gradually. They don't deplete the minerals and don't cause sudden severe reactions. Taking 5g of clean zeolite and 2 capsules of fulvic a day is totally safe and makes you feel great while detoxing.

What can you advice on the use of Shilajit for someone who's estrogen dominant? (Cos I was told that it will increase it further)

There is no strong evidence to suggest that shilajit directly increases estrogen levels. It creates more of a hormone balancing effect. Feel free to take it. Also, you should eat cruciferous veggies, and could take Ashwagandha and Milk Thistle for balancing hormones, including estrogen.

@@AdvancedNutritionandHealth I used to take it but my nutritional advisor told me to not take it as it thins the blood. But at the time I was doing some wet cupping and it wasn't easy for her and she got me to lay off those. Maybe I'll start back soon.

@@The-J That's from one of the articles on the internet "Ashwagandha and estrogen dominance Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is one of these herbs, A traditional remedy from Ayurvedic medicine, ashwagandha has a growing body of research that backs its use for estrogen dominance. Specifically, ashwagandha has been shown to exert a balancing effect on the endocrine system and to reduce the amount of estrogen in the body by inhibiting the activity of an enzyme called aromatase, which is responsible for converting androgen to estrogen. Ashwagandha also contains compounds called withanolides, which have been shown to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, helping to diminish symptoms related to estrogen dominance."
